Such a great atmosphere and really down to earth community.

Vintage gym with "old school" mind set. Very friendly. Everyone is like a family. Karen Markling, owner/operator, is personable, friendly, and is an expert on general lifting to power lifting.

By far the best gym I’ve been to. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend, the people in this building are the best in the world, they're a family. To me, Karen makes the place, she is always more than willing to help with form or give tips to maximize your workout and with over 30 years of education and experience you know she knows what she is talking about. The equipment is very old school nostalgic and there is everything you could imagine. Very clean well maintained and true to the name, iron. I doubt anyone will ever see me in a gym besides The House of Iron again. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed and the motivation is incredible, every workout you just want to do better and better. Definitely the best workouts I’ve ever had have been in those walls!
