The semi private reformer class was amazing. I was super nervous at first. This was my first attempt at Pilates. Sosha, was super welcoming and positive. The atmosphere was clean and an all around vibe. I plan to make this a monthly routine for my health and wellness journey.
Thank you 🩷

This was my first Pilates class ever! I loved it the instructor was really good and I appreciate how they had the option to do a modified version if you needed. They also called me after the class to ask me about my experience because I mentioned to the instructor that I had tailbone issues and she gave me tips for that. Overall I highly recommend the class waa a perfect size and felt very personal.

I took a Mat Sculpt class with Sosha. It was intense, but a great and invigorating workout. Sosha has an upbeat and encouraging personality and guides you through the workout without judgement. She allows you to take breaks if needed. When you come be prepared to sweat and push through! Overall, I loved the class and the community at HOW! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been to two classes thus far, the first was power Mat Pilates and now flex and flow. I was already committed after the first class and bought a membership But this class was truly my favorite. I prefer slower workouts that get the job done. This was one that I really loved and will add to my weekly routine. I didn’t feel pressured when I felt I needed a small break and that helped me continue on and push through the workout! I love the people that are in the class and even more the instructors are amazing! The music selection is top tier too! I often steal music to add to my playlist 🤣

Absolutely LOVE HOW! My best friends and I started classes in December and we've been hooked ever since. From Mat Foundations to Power Pilates, there's a class for everyone. EACH instructor is great, there isn't a mid one in sight. It doesn't matter who's teaching, you're going to get the work. The vibe is inclusive and fun and your classmates are always a good time. From the beginning, you feel like you're apart of the tribe and you truly are.

I am so grateful for house of wellness! Sosha is so attentive and supportive during all of my 1 on 1 classes. When I attended a group class I struggled, but she helped me to see that other exercises can be accomplished with time and consistency.
I recommend house of wellness to anyone who’s looking for a patient and supportive instructor!

I went to a class with Sosha and it was an AMAZING experience. Unlike any Pilates class I’ve taken before. It was a great workout and an amazing environment. She even provided cold lavender towels as we were cooling down 🥹 and not to mention, she has such affordable prices! Often times I have to turn down classes because they’re just too expensive. She really works hard to make an an all inclusive place where everyone can come comfortably as they are! I will definitely be back and bringing people with me!

This class was great! The instructor Sosha challenges you but also encourages you the entire class. She makes you feel comfortable no matter if it’s your first time taking Pilates or if you’re an expert. Her energy is high and makes the class fun. I can tell that over time I will definitely see results from the work I put in here.
The cool, lavender towel she gives you at the end is the perfect touch after a hard sweaty workout. It helps me reset and take on the rest of the day.

I absolutely love House of Wellness. The pilates classes are just the right amount of a challenge and the environment helps motivate you to push yourself to really put in work! The studio is so cozy and the music… chef’s kiss. Also not to mention the instructor is so sweet and knows how to motivate the group to be their best selves each class! You won’t regret taking a class or two <3

It was my first time ever doing Pilates and Sosha completely put me at ease. She really fosters an inclusive and supportive environment to connect with your body. She guided the class through the movements with ease, reassuring us and correcting posture, without missing a beat. Her music selection was phenomenal and kept the energy high- the 45 minutes flew by! She ended the class with a lovely aromatherapy cloth to help us unwind and ground ourselves. I left class thinking of when I could come back and take another session!
