This class was AWESOME! My first rocket and I LOVED it. Got some serious breath work and movement in, all while laughing through out:) Emily rocked my socks, 100/10 will be taking this class again!

I adore this sanctuary space. I found a really lovely community of teachers and students. I am even completing a yoga teacher training that they offer, and I'm so excited about all In learning. Come check out the space and enjoy the good energy.

Hue has been my regular studio for 1 year+. All instructors are warm, passionate, and knowledgeable. They have incredible workshops as well as classes, and really create an amazing community within the studio. Great for all levels and to try different types of yoga. Love Hue, highly recommend to anyone!

I have been attending Hue Yoga classes for several years, and each visit feels like a mini-retreat. I appreciate the diversity of the staff and the wide range of classes and workshops available. I've participated in slow flow classes, kundalini sessions, sound healing workshops, and new moon and solstice events. The studio has a warm and comforting atmosphere, and the people there are loving and welcoming.
Classes are offered on weekdays and weekends, at various times throughout the day, so I can always find a class that fits my schedule. I highly recommend Hue Yoga for anyone looking to engage in self-care practices, whether you're just starting or are already experienced in yoga. Thank you to the Hue Yoga team! I truly appreciate all that you do and everything you offer!

Katie and Emily have created a space of peace, sanctuary, acceptability and patience in the heart of Cincinnati. From the beginner yogi to the most advance head standing side stretching twisted in half advanced yogi, they have the perfect session for you. Myself, Iβm more of a relaxing meditative yogi in which candlelight meditation is the perfect choice for me. Youβll also find local artists work here in the studio, with many specialty classes throughout the year and frequent out of state(s) yoga retreats! Heal here.

The community at Hue is one of a kind. I've never felt so welcomed when stepping into a yoga studio right off the bat, and I've really enjoyed going to their classes as often as I can.
I even went to their Yelapa, Mexico retreat and traveling with these amazing people was an unforgettable time. Highly suggest doing something really special for yourself and committing to a retreat with them all. It'll be time time of your life!

There couldn't be a more perfect time for me to take Emily's Ayurveda course during the pandemic. After having the one on one Dosha reading and figuring out that I'm a Kapha there were things I needed to change. The foods I put in my body needed to come from the source, the time I needed to wake up and go to sleep needed to be consistent, and lastly meditating, everyday. After spending a month loving and betting myself I can truly say this has helped my everyday living. I still mediate before looking at my phone in the morning and start my day drinking my lemon/ginger water. Simple breathing tools that she taught me have gotten me through the day and I can't thank her enough for being my teacher and friend throughout this journeyπ See you on the Mat Emily! Xo Erica

Hue offers so much but the only word I can put a finger on is love. I've been to a few studios in Cincinnati. Always enjoyed those spaces, and people. But there is really something special about Hue, and all they have to offer.

Gorgeous space that is part art gallery and part yoga studio. Very comfortable and the classes are lead by experienced teachers.
Parking is street parking and is free on every block near by.
