Marcy believes, provided with proper guidance and education, that anyone can reach their fitness goals. She will develop a personal total body-balanced program designed to benefit all fitness levels. She has personal experience with weight management, having lost 60 pounds. Marcy's professional experience focuses upon the areas of weight loss, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, running, injury post-rehabilitation and special needs. She possesses an array of experience that enables her to work with individuals of all fitness levels.

I highly recommend Marcy as a personal trainer.
Unlike trainers who simply repeat the same routines, Marcy custom-tailors a workout regimen specifically around your individual needs and goals, and provides personal motivation for follow-through. She is attentive to previous injuries while effectively working to strengthen areas of weakness.

Found Marcy/ Hustle Fitness looking for a personal trainer in the area to start taking physical fitness seriously. Starting with 1 on 1 training for a couple months and then now in group classes, the thing that sticks out the most is her ability to work with anyone, at any point in their fitness journey, aligning with your goals (and aches and pains.) Not only is your workout a priority, so is your diet and mental health, making it a great environment to work out in no matter where you find yourself in life. Marcy is awesome ! I started one on one training with her last year after an ankle injury but unfortunately, I was not yet healed enough to continue . I was frustrated with the healing process and decided to not continue at that time. This past February, I decided I was ready and contacted Marcy who was eager for me to start immediately. I began with one on one training again for a few months and then she felt I was ready for group classes because I had told her that in the past that has been more motivational for me. I am so glad that I have continued because Marcy makes every workout fun. The beginning of class she always says I’m so glad you chose exercise today ! She’s very motivational and accommodating for people like me with physical limitations. She will always find an alternative exercise for you to do. I am so glad I gave it another try ! I always feel better after class and look forward to the next . If you are looking for a personal trainer and a great gym I highly suggest you give Marcy a call !

I started with 1 on 1 sessions but recently moved to group classes (so I can go more). She knows the right exercises to do if you are recovering from an injury and is incredibly friendly and supportive. I was worried when I moved to the group classes that I might get "lost" working out with people who had been working with her longer, but she individualizes exercises in the group classes. 100% highly recommend Marcy!

Joining the hustle fitness family is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve struggled with working out due to not knowing what to do, how to use machines, and consistency. I found Marcy and I’m so glad I did. One on one training is excellent. I am now in the group classes and I LOVE them. The workouts are always good and challenging and it’s a fun environment with great people. Marcy is always giving great advice on how to better yourself, whether it’s with what workout to focus on or even ways to eat better. She is really good about helping out and demonstrating the workouts as well. These classes have become a part of my life that I look forward to attending quite frequently. For the last two months I’ve been attending classes at Hustle Fitness, with training by Marcy, and i can confidently say it has been a transformative experience! From before classes start, her passion for fitness becomes contagious, and she truly sets the tone for an energizing and motivational workout! Marcy explains the workout, focusing not only on technique, but also on the benefits and muscle group that are being targeted. She educates you in proper form and injury prevention. I have only worked with Marcy for a little over 3 months, but she has changed my life!! She is dependable, knowledgeable and patient. It wasn’t until I met Marcy that I finally committed to sticking to working out. She truly cares about each of her clients and what they need as an individual. I have been working with Marcy for a few years now. She has always maintained a professional persona and is an absolute pleasure to work with. One of the many aspects I like about working with a personal trainer like Marcy is the ability to change the workout accordingly. I have joint and tendon issues that prohibit me from performing certain motions at times, and the personalized aspect of training with Marcy enables for the workout to be modified on the spot for a more comfortable exercise, while still achieving the progress I desire.
