Wonderful atmosphere built on faith in Christ Jesus. Open 24 hours, which is hard to find in a small town. Just the right size, not big and overwhelming, but big enough you have everything you need and more. Good pricing too. It is clear the owner takes pride in his work and it reflects in his gym.

If I could give this gym 0 stars I would.!!There is only one restroom so good luck with privacy. And if someone is occupying the SINGLE RESTROOM, you have to leave. You think you want to shower after working out ? YOU CANT SHOWER HERE!!!! You have to shower at home. It’s a MONEY SCAM.His contract says there is a tanning bed well there is NO TANNING BED. The gym is DIRTY and often no one is there to talk to about your experiences and refuses to answer phone calls while taking money out of your account. Even after canceling a membership, he continues to take money out of your account. Then to say “you don’t take your health seriously “if you don’t keep the membership. Watches the camera to see how often you come and makes comments about it which is UNCOMFORTABLE!🤮 FOR BEING A “MAN OF GOD” , PAUL LIES AND JUDGES YOU AND STEALS from your account even after you cancel. I’m posting this for a friend who is afraid of retaliation. He also has made it seem as though she had an issue with a unisex restroom which is not the case. It’s the SCAM of a gym Paul is running. For your bank account avoid this place !!!!!

Great gym. 24 hour gym in a small town is hard to come by. The owner is always trying to make improvements and takes input from his members for things they’d like. Clean family atmosphere. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

This is a great place to work out. Everyone is so friendly and there is no waiting for machines. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting that you sometimes lose track of time with your workout. They have a variety of classes roo!! Check it out. You won't be disappointed 😀

We first signed up with the gym about a year ago as it was advertised as a great family gym, and that a kid center would be added soon. This was huge for us so we could come work out as a family and the kids would be safe. The kid center took almost a year to be added. This is not why we are leaving.
Our entire attitude towards the gym is now scarred due to a recent interaction with the gym owner himself. We admit it, we are bad gym goers. We don't use it like we had hoped. This is $52.49 that is being thrown away every month. We messaged Paul to let him know we would like to talk with him about ending our gym membership. We are raising a family and $52 each month back in the budget goes a long way. Sadly we were met with a horrible DEFENSIVE attitude. We were just asking for a little compassion.
We did not need you to email and call us to make sure we knew how "awesome" you are, and how "new" your gyms are, and that we should be grateful for what you have done.
I wonder about how well your business is actually doing when you made the statement that "if you let everyone out of their contract that asked, you would be out of business." If the roles were reversed I would feel awful knowing I am taking money from a family every month for a service that they can not use anymore. I get it: less people come, which means less work for you, and the money is still rolling into your pocket, right!? I will NOT recommend this gym to anyone EVER again due to the poor interaction and customer service from Paul the owner.

This is a great family,and spiritual atmosphere, love the devotionals posted on the walls. Paul was not only a good personal trainer but has also become a good friend. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a Great family atmosphere,clean, well maintained facilities that are conveniently located in arcanum and lewisburg oh.

This gym is extremely convient and i have really appriciated Paul the owner for everything. The only issue i have ever have here was with a guy named Caleb who was a menace there. He called me fat, proceeded to attempt to fight my brother, his children destroyed property, and he attempted to intimidate my father. He is gone for good now, and i am glad. Because of Caleb though and the help of this gym, I have lost a total of 60lbs. I have 60 more to go, and i will be proud to do it at this gym.
