I am so thankful I found this place. I tried it on class pass and loved it so I stayed. I tried a lot of places on class pass but this is one of the few places where I felt the instructors really cared. They are vigilant at correcting form to prevent injuries which I appreciate. They also keep injuries in mind while training. It is also super effective I saw huge results in just 6 weeks of training. Lastly I love the general atmosphere. Its like a family and I am grateful to be apart of the community!

I recently got back into working out and was looking for a class that would actually motivate me to show up — ISI New Albany was the answer! Not only have I been exercising almost daily, but I’ve even started doing morning workouts (something I never thought I’d say!). The instructors are amazing — special shoutout to Simone — and every class is challenging, fun, and different. I love that each day focuses on a specific body part while still feeling like a full-body workout. I genuinely look forward to every session! 100% recommend!!!

I truly can’t say enough good things about ISI Elite Training – New Albany! I have really enjoyed ISI! All the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and caring. They have created a great atmosphere that I look forward to being apart of! One of my favorite things is they greet everyone by name as they arrive, it’s a little touch that makes a big difference.

The workouts have been challenging and I love it. There are elements of cardio but it mainly focuses on strength training. I have yet to leave thinking “that wasn’t worth it” I appreciate that the class is easily modifiable which allows people of all fitness levels to participate fully. Trainers are easily able to provide modifications but also push you when they know you’re capable.

Every work out has been worth it I can see and feel the changes! As a former athlete I love the team atmosphere and look forward to my workout every time! TRY IT OUT!

Every time I walk in, I feel like I'm part of an EXCLUSIVE club - one where we all pretend to love burpees but secretly plotting our escape during the cardio sessions. I’ve been coming to ISI for a little over a month. As a single mom, this gym took away all the excuses. There’s a childcare room for the days i can’t make it to a work out class without my daughter, multiple time slots throughout the day to allow for flexibility, quick, concise, high energy 50 min workouts so you feel in and out but like you’ve still accomplished a great workout. You don’t have to worry about planning your own workouts, who there’s to help if you’re doing something wrong, etc because it’s all there for you. I feel welcomed, encouraged, and like I’m apart of something in the little time I’ve been there. Cannot recommend enough! All the coaches are amazing but special shoutout to Simone!!!

UPDATE: 6 months and 70 workouts down and ISI is still awesome. I am feeling so strong and I just love the people and coaches. From the staff that welcomes you in at 5 am to the coaches that lovingly kick your butt this place is so wonderful. My postpartum journey this time around has been little harder to recover from, but the coaches are so amazing and give plenty of options that are just as challenging. I look forward to continuing my journey with ISI and seeing how much stronger I can get!

I participated in the first 2 workout of this new facility. I feel like this type of format is so valuable because it’s super effective and I love the weight lifting components to the workouts. It focuses on the functional fitness elements, which keeps you flexible and probably helps you age gracefully, and the coaches that I’ve had so far have been very high energy (Lauren & Jeff) and the workouts have been challenging and enjoyable(lots of high- fiving, which I’ll have to get used to).

I’m 6 months post partum and would say I’m pretty out of shape to my pre-pregnancy self, but the workouts are accessible and the coaches are attentive and answer questions throughout the workout.
I’ve gone to a similar type of gym and I enjoy the stations and the ease of having my workouts figured out for me.

OH! They also have a little room where your kids can hang out (4-12 I think), you can see them on a monitor while you work out and it’s included in the membership! It’s not fancy, but as a mom of two now I can bring my 4 year old with me while my husband watches the baby. There is a mangos super close for kids under 4, though I haven’t gotten all the details on that.

My favorite gym I’ve found in years! Trey welcomes me by name every morning the minute I walk in, Coaches Simone and Jen are friendly, tough, and knowledgeable. I’ve been desperate for a strength training based class that doesn’t give you “cardio disguised as weights” and ISI gives it! It’s the perfect complement to Lagree that I’ve been searching for.
