It's Working Out is Cincinnati's place for fitness! We're a boutique fitness studio specializing in personal training , golf performance, Small Group Personal Training, assisted stretching and stretch / foam roller classes. We are the region's premier Golf Fitness & Performance studio, with 5 TPI (Titleist Performance Institute Certified Trainers on staff) and the regions only Level 3 TPI Certified Fitness Professional.

I started training at Itβs Working Out this past summer. IWO is a great place to train for all levels of golfers. After you go through your full 3D body scan and your TPI assessment, you jump right into your specific training plan to target different parts of the body that you might not be as flexible and strong. Kristen, Joey, Dawson, and the rest of the staff at IWO do a great job educating you about how your body can force and prevent you from swinging the club a certain way. In my first six months that Iβve been training with them, I have improved my flexibility, increased my ball speed by 3 mph on average, and now I have a better understanding of how to train my body right to feel well on and off the golf course. Iβve also learned the importance of daily stretching to prevent injuries down the road. I truly appreciate IWO for being the only TPI-specific gym in Cincinnati and the great work that they provide! Iβve been working out here for at least a year and love it! Itβs a top notch boutique gym. I found it when I was looking for personal training to improve my everyday functioning, following back surgery, and itβs been so helpful that I just keep going. Wow!! Great workout! I have sweated through full body sessions with both Kristen and Jessica. Both instructors have designed fast paced, highly variable, interesting, workouts that strengthen all muscle groups while including spurts of cardio. They always are supervising and offering options to assure that I don't hurt my old bones and joints. If they would supervise my meals, I could not only get strong but skinny. It's Working Out small group sessions are leading me to fitness in an enjoyable manner.

I would strongly recommend it to anyone of any skill level. It's Working Out's guys are first-rate professionals who know how to push you just hard enough to reach your goals. I've taken lessons in the past and had little long-term success, but golf fitness classes have changed the way I think. I've significantly improved my balance and range of motion, which has allowed me to eliminate many of the "corrections" I'd made in my swing to compensate. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

It's early but my experience so far has been very good. With only a few classes so far I'm tired and sore, I realize how out of shape I am. I do believe this track will help my golf with balance and strength. The instructors have been professional and courteous, warm and inviting. The facility is clean and the equipment is in good condition. Class size has been small so plenty of room and plenty of attention if needed.

Enjoyed both the rowing and TRX classes - very different, both offer a good mix of strength and cardio training. If you are apprehensive about trying TRX--afraid that you may not be strong enough or have the coordination to run through the entire routine--then you need to give this place a try! In the past, I have done Zumba, Jazzercise, Yoga, Pure Barr, etc. I never really stayed with any of them for long. A few years ago, It's Working Out offered a 2 week special so I thought I would try it. I was stunned that I saw awesome results in just two weeks! I am now doing squats, push ups--things that I never thought I could do. The instructors are so friendly and have such a great way of correcting your form to make sure you are getting the most benefit. I am now hooked on TRX. Is there a downside? Yes! I wish I would have taken "before" photos!

I have taken TRK classes in the past, but it had been awhile when I started going to It's Working Out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable making all of the adjustments needed throughout the class. With a class like this, I was afraid I would get bored with doing the same thing every week, but I didn't! There was a lot of variety and several exercises I had never seen before. If you are new to working out, make sure to talk to the instructors. Some of the exercises were a little challenging, but they gave modifications throughout the class.

I've been working out at It's Working Out for just over three years. The results have been great and I've never felt better.
I've also never been so consistent with any kind of workout or gym before, but this place is different and special. It's not just because of the great instructors and super fun, really varied classes, although I certainly appreciate those. It's also because IWO is a real community. We work hard and have a good time together. Laughing and sweating really make you bond!
I come to class consistently for myself, but to be honest it doesn't hurt that my friends will ask me where I've been if I go missing!

I started going to It's Working Out after purchasing a discounted 2 week pass through a Facebook promotion, and that was about a year ago! The TRX classes are the most effective and efficient workouts I have ever done! You get full body strength, core, some cardio, and flexibility all in one. It's easy to progress at your own pace while still being challenged. The schedule offers various formats of TRX, rowing and yoga taught by different instructors so it doesn't get boring. I'm no fan of large gyms or the culture of "Extreme" everything, so this is a perfect fit. The vibe is laid back, friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend It's Working Out!

I have been a member of IWO for over 2 years -- the team is friendly, fun and genuinely cares about not only your fitness goals, but also your overall health, working to ensure their classes are helping you to be healthier inside and out. I absolutely LOVE my work-outs here -- they are a part of my week that I look forward to both because they help me to be more fit but also because they really are fun and I enjoy being around the other IWO members each week. Importantly, I keep coming back because I never have been to the same class twice -- the routines, movements, and pace are different/varied each time so the workouts remain fresh. The BEST TRX classes in Cincinnati! The instructors are knowledgable and consistently attend continuing ed classes to bring the best and the latest training techniques to our classes. Plus it's fun!
The strength I gained from TRX prevented what could have been a season ending injury while skiing in 2014 and I even completed the Cincinnati Flying Pig half marathon in May of that with plenty of guidance from the instructors.

I have been doing TRX at It's Working Out for roughly two and a half years. In that same time period, I have been a member at three different gyms. Quality and consistency abound at IWO. The trainers are fun, laid back people who are able to encourage results without discouraging or intimidating. The schedule has a variety of options, making it very easy to work into even the strangest day to day routines. But mainly, the results are what keep me coming back. Drastic increase in strength. Pleasant level of weight loss. And unexpectedly, my balance and hand eye coordination have also improved greatly. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking to improve their physique, or anyone who just wants a change of pace from treadmills and free weights. Sign up for a month. It's Working Out is a dedicated TRX studio. In 50 minutes you can get a fantastic full body workout. the instructors are all awesome - helpful, encouraging, and they push you just enough to make the most of your workout. I first started almost three years ago to rehab from ACL surgery. Since then I have continued taking 3 classes a week. It is the only exercise I have enjoyed enough to stick with for that long. The increase in my overall strength and stability and decrease in my back pain is amazing. The TRX can be used by anyone. With infinitely variable resistance, beginners and experienced TRXers all get a great workout from the same class.

It's Working Out has been a wonderful experience! I have to say I was a little intimidated at first. But the teachers are very accommodating to new students, whether you have no athletic ability or you are an avid gym person. They really take the time to show you modifications and how to do all of the exercises correctly. Within a month, I was able to do a side plank much more efficiently than day 1.
I started in January by doing the beginner classes and haven't stopped. Quickly, after the first month, I signed on for the monthly memberships. I go to classes 3x a week to prepare for my upcoming wedding in September. I can feel myself getting healthier and stronger each and every day I go to class. I look forward to class!

Very knowledgable and motivating staff. Simple premise, a TRX (and RIP-Trainer) focused workout center with class and individual training. You are always able to find your challenge in these workouts. TRX is a very low impact but high results way to improve your balance, posture, strength and flexibility. This staff knows how to help you with your goals and keep you safe from injury.
