I’m a coach and personal trainer, I reached out to Coach Jamalya because I’m having issues with my knees and ankles. She has been nothing but amazing! Very detail-oriented, patient, knowledgeable and very encouraging.
Most people think other trainers don’t need coaches or other trainers to train or coach them. That’s a lie lol I’ve been training myself and by myself for some years now and since I’ve been training with Coach J, I’ve learned a handful of things about myself and exercise wise.
She’s def helping me rehab my knees and ankles, I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen down the line.
Y’all need to lock in! She’s the real deal!!

I started with Jamayla 10/22/24 and since then I’ve trimmed body fat. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a month prior which drove me to making the decision to find a trainer.
I was determined to find one that fit into some of the same beliefs I had and also who wasn’t just looking for clients to pay their bills. I wanted someone who genuinely cared about me improving my health and also someone who was experienced and not a pop up IG trainer haha. I found Jamayla on TikTok to my surprise and enjoyed her content and what I seen on her page. I reached out and she responded with no hesitation. We meet one another for a “consultation” like session to see where I was and formally meet each other to see if we in fact would be a good fit for each other.
I didn’t hesitate to join at all once I meet her and felt her spirit. Since then it has been a wonderful yet challenging experience to say the least. I love the community she is building with all the ladies and couldn’t have asked for more.

Started training with Jamayla in mid-December at around 260 lbs. Now I’m 242. Attaching my progress pics so y’all can see for yourself.
She’s not just a trainer, she really builds a community around faith, accountability, and real support. The six-month contract keeps you locked in and committed, but honestly, by the time it’s over, I know I’ll have everything I need to keep going on my own.
You also get access to a really good app to track your food and progress. The workouts are tough but worth it, and she pushes you in the best way.
If you’re ready to put in the work and actually change your lifestyle, Jamayla is the one!!!

I can't put it in written words - you just have to experience it for yourself. From where I started to where I am now, you'd have to come hear it from me in person. So someday someone can hear yours.
Maybe you're going through a tough time - dealing with a bad breakup, grieving a loss, of just feeling down. Moving your body along with a group of women can be exactly what you need. You'll realize that the small things - like showing up, staying consistent, and pushing yourself - leads to bigger things life (yes even your booty, lol). Now I could give you some numbers on how much weight I lost or how much heavier I lift now or how much more my body moves now than before, but it's bigger than that.
Because it's not just fitness, it's Jamayla's coaching, her supportive community, and a no gimmicks approach to health and wellness. No tricks, no shortcuts - just real life, human change.

I have been working out with Jamayla since October 2024. So far, I am down 25 lbs. When I first began going to the gym, I was a bit skeptical to be honest. I wasn’t sure if it would work or that I would be able to achieve any of the goals that I had planned out. Jamayla quickly changed that mindset and opened my eyes to what fitness actually is.

I have been training with Jamayla since 2021, and I absolutely love her being my trainer. She gives you an option to train with her one on one or small groups, which I love working out with the other girls. Jamayla is a very supportive coach/trainer. She will give you all the resources and advice to meet your body goals it’s up to you to follow her plan that she has outlined for you. Not only I work out for my physical fitness I work out for mental health. Bootcamp on Saturdays are the best and no judge zone. Will recommend all of Jamayla services 10/10!
