Dublin Jazzercise offers great, caring, encouraging instructors and a warm community of Jazzercise enthusiasts. The classes are a super fun way to stay fit. Dancing to the music with their routines is definitely what works for me - I'm a 10 year customer!

In short, I ❤️ Jazzercise!!! I discovered the program in college and have never looked back. It has been my lifeline thru pregnancy, raising children, stress at work, cancer diagnosis and now retirement. I was able to modify moves as I felt fit for my body at any given time. I’ve Forged new friendships with both students & instructors while releasing daily stress. Jazzercise combines my love of dancing while enabling me to stay fit & active mentally & physically.

In April 2021, my husband and I went to Texas to see warships. On the contrary, I couldn't walk, and my feet were sore. I walked for a while, and I had to find a chair to sit on. I cried because this is not me who likes to climb mountains and do karate and judo. After returning to Ohio, I thought about what kind of sports would make me happy and continue. I like Jazzercise, but I haven't done it for a long time. Finally, I made up my mind to pick up the phone. Probably no one answered at that time, but I was very happy because I had a reason to wait a few more days before calling. When I called for the second time, someone suddenly answered the call and said there would be a class in 10 minutes. I was so scared because I hadn't taken Jazzercise for a long time and I was very happy because I could take my favorite exercise class again. I had just eaten a big meal, and as a veteran of Jazzercise, I was confident enough to take the class. I did it for 10 minutes, but I couldn’t stand it because I hadn’t done any exercise for a long time and I had just eaten. If it goes on any longer, I might vomit. If I go on for 20 minutes, I won't go on. It's really shameful that my body is so weak. I don't believe it. I can't stop taking classes because of this. I know that my body just can't adapt at first, and it will be fine in a few days. I kept telling myself to try for a few more days. If it doesn’t work, it’s not too late to stop. I’ll wait and see if my body adapts next week. Anyway, the music is very good. By the way, I should put my mind on the music, appreciate the music, and dance to the music. Naturally, the number of my Jazzercise classes has also increased. My body doesn't feel tired either. Every time I go to class, I make many friends and more friends, and we encourage each other. I only listened to music and danced, and I forgot whether my physical strength could support it. As I dance and listen to music, I sometimes forget about my friends on stage or next door. I've become a Jazzercise addict. There were many times when I really didn't want to go to class, but thinking about the music, the friends, the instructors and the endless stories, I picked up my sneakers and went to class. After sweating through the class, I felt more relaxed and happy. It has been three and a half years, I have had more than 2,700 classes, and I have lost 40 lb. I am very happy. I will continue Jazzercise because I found out Dublin Jazzercise Center has so many good instructors. People are so friendly, and making you so comfortable. I love the Center. It's like my 2nd home. Don't be shy, come to join me on the floor. Let's have a dance party!! Have fun!!

I remember my first Dublin Jazzercise class 20 years ago. It was exactly what I was looking for: cardio, strength and great music! I can’t do 30 minutes on a treadmill but with Jazzercise, working out is so much fun and I keep coming back for more. I’ve gained a lot of muscle, lost weight and became so much healthier.

My friend and I were visiting Columbus from New Mexico (I’m from Columbus) and Tracey, the owner was so welcoming and friendly that it blew me away. She put us in her system so we could join classes every day of our trip. The instructors were also just as welcoming, introducing themselves and us to the class. Thank you so much for making our trip even better!!
