I have been working with Jordan for about three years. I was once an athlete and was looking to improve my strength and conditioning which in your 60’s, is not easy. Jordan worked with me to develop a plan that would put me on the path I was seeking and has held me accountable which is something we all need. Jordan has a great background in training and nutrition and uses it to the betterment of all of his clients. Whether you are a young athlete looking to maximize your potential or couch potato who knows that the key to being able to enjoy life as you get older requires some level of strength and fitness, I can highly recommend at least having a conversation with Jordan and visiting his gym to get a sense of how you can benefit.

I came to Jordan a little under 2 years ago as an injured athlete, right out of physical therapy. I was unsure and not confident about how I could get back on the field. From the initial consultation, Jordan assured me he could help and has worked with many injured athletes.
We started slow with progressive overload training and really getting me comfortable moving weights again, then slowly getting back into sprints and agility. 6 months later, I was back on the field and had the best season of my athletic career. I couldn’t have done it without his program and discipline. Not to mention nutrition coaching!!
From an athlete perspective, this is your guy! His gym is clean and has all of the best equipment you could ever need for your goals. Each time I step into the gym, I’m comfortable, confident and a hell of a lot strong than I was yesterday. You will see people from all different walks of life with all different types of goals in his gym which is exactly how it should be.
Cheers to another year, more PRs and an even better season ahead of me.

I've worked out with JMac for over two years. He is very thorough on not just the workouts, but also the nutritional aspect of how much you should eat, why, and why tracking and accountability is so important. Jmac even took to time to go grocery shopping with me in order to help me with picking out the right ingredients!

Highly recommended personal trainer for High School Athletes. He pushes my sons just the right amount and they both leave knowing they put in hard work (14 yo & 16 yo). Looking forward to seeing how it translates to the baseball field this season.
Jordan is approachable, listens, customizes plans to fit both the sports specific needs and overall health and wellbeing of the student athlete. He is always available to answer questions and provides suggestions (to both me as the parent and my sons). In addition to strength and conditioning he coaches my sons on a wholistic level, such as the importance of sleep routines, pre and post game routines and meals, meal planning, home routines between sessions, etc. to optimize their health and sport specific performance. Most importantly, he is a kind person that genuinely cares for his clients and wants to see them succeed.

Jordan is an AMAZING trainer. He focuses on what you need individually and creates a perfect plan. As an athlete, he has helped me tremendously by increasing my speed and getting me strong for my collegiate soccer career. He made the transition of college strength training much easier for me as well. He also has other perks like getting your body fat % and nutrition plans. I can’t say enough good things about Jordan! As my personal trainer, he went above and beyond to help me achieve my health goals. He didn’t just give me a workout routine—he took the time to suggest healthy food options for the things I love, so I didn’t have to give up my favorite meals. The workout facility itself has such a neat and motivating atmosphere, and the people there are incredibly fun to be around. My son has been working with Jordan since his freshman year at Moeller high school and has helped him immensely. My son is now 6’7” and 220 pounds and is currently a freshman pitcher for the University of Maine. The principles and techniques Jordan taught him are still being used even though he is 1,100 miles away now. Thank you Jordan forgiving him the foundation to build on for the rest of his career and life.

Jordan is the best trainer in Cincinnati! I started with Jordan in my early forties. I have always been a long distance runner. I had never done strength training and I kept getting injured until I started working with Jordan! He customizes every workout to fit his client. Not only was I stronger but I was getting faster and dropping my time!
My 3 kids (junior high and teenagers) all trained with Jordan. Again , he trained individually to enhance their performances in each sport (soccer, lacrosse, hockey). To top it off he is just a great person to be around. I highly highly recommend Jordan!

Jordan trains my 12 year old who plays select baseball and soccer. We signed him up because he needed to work on strength and speed. Within 4 mos, my son has gained muscle, speed and more confidence when he’s on the field in both sports. I am so impressed with the results and how well Jordan encourages my son to work hard and feel positive about his goals. Jordan regularly checks in on him the day after training to see how he’s feeling with the new workouts he adds. I would highly recommend him!!! Nothing but positive experiences.

When I started with Jordan, it was the first time I had tried one on one personal training. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but two years later, I am so happy I gave it a chance. He pushes me out of my comfort zone during every workout, and it pays off. I have chronic lower back and knee pain, and his workouts have helped me gain strength that has actually helped to reduced the pain I have had for years. I am 50 years old and am stronger today than I have been in years, and I credit that to Jordan’s workouts. He personalizes every workout for each individual client so we can all achieve our personal goals. He motivates me, encourages me, and gives me the push I need to help me continue to get stronger. Jordan is the best personal trainer! He takes the time to get to know you personally, and what your fitness goal needs and wants are. I don’t think I have ever done the same workout routine more than once. Therefore I am never bored or in a rut. I've worked out with Jordan for about 4 years. When I first started I wasn't sure what to expect with personal training as I'd not done it before. It's been one of the best decisions I've made. Jordan pays a lot of attention to needs and goals and builds programs for you. Jordan tracks your progress for you so you always know where you are and where you've been. Jordan works w/ you on diet and nutrition and is specific about what to eat - not generalities. Jordan will push you when you need pushed and get you to do things you didn't think were achievable.
It's a great environment and a ton of fun. I can't recommend Jordan highly enough.

My high school aged son began training with Jordan his junior year, and made incredible strides. My son looked forward to it so much he would get up very early three days a week to train with Jordan before school. His athletic performance this year reflects the work they’ve done together, and my son was in the minority of kids who passed on the first try the rigorous physical fitness requirement to earn an appointment to one of the US military academies.

I have a spinal fusion from scoliosis and had been looking for a trainer who could strengthen my back and reduce some of my pain. Jordan helped me with both of those over a few months period of time.
