I trained with Joshua Vaughn and was able to lose18Lbs in about 2 1/2 months. He is knowledgeable and worked with my constantly changing work schedule. I had a hip injury that he tailored a workout routine for that wouldn't worsen the injury, but still allowed for fast improvement of my goals.
