About the Club

Jordan Zawahri is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist here in Cincinnati, Ohio. We offer a wide range of programs and training styles such as weight loss, strength building, injury prevention, increasing athletic ability, and most other health and fitness goals. One on One and Semi-Personal sessions available. First time clients will receive a complimentary in-person consultation, body composition, movement exam, and workout! We do this to ensure that you enjoy the product, before you make any decisions. Affordable training, that is customized for you!

I suppose lots of trainers can help you meet your fitness goals; that’s their job. What makes Jordan special?

He’s attentive: grabbing weights you need from the rack, and keeping track of what rep you’re on (even when he’s doing the same for three other clients simultaneously).

He’s knowledgable and experienced: a former MMA champion, he exercises regularly in multiple disciplines; puts safety first; and works with every conceivable type of client, from young fighters to grandmothers. (If you’re aged 50+ he treats you with the same considerate care he’d show his own parents.)

He’s thoughtful and giving: he’s attuned to your body's ever-changing strengths and weaknesses; will find time to apply therapeutic massage to tight muscles; and is genuinely concerned about your wellbeing beyond the scope of the gym.

He’s the friendliest, jokiest, biggest-hearted person you’ll meet: other trainers might not even say hello in the parking lot but Jordan greets everyone by name and with a big smile, whether they’re his clients or not. Like a puppy, Jordan might not know you but he already loves you.

If only every American could have a Jordan—instead of the doctor you see for 15 minutes once a year—we’d be such a fitter, happier, more productive culture. Just imagine if health insurance actually prioritized that.

From day one of barely being able to do half of the exercises and nearly passing out, to 6 months later increasing volume and intensity each workout and absolutely loving it. I trained with Jordan for 2+ years and my strength increase drastically in that time. I already had an athletic background when younger but loss strength due to college and just adult life. However, Jordan was able to get me to a point where I surpassed old weight maxes and put on more muscle.

As a coach, he is very detailed in forming a workout plan that works around the clients goals. Also, he is attentive and hands on when teaching new workout movements to ensure safety.

Jordan was and is always positive and motivating, which created a great atmosphere to get work done. I would continue working with him but I unfortunately moved cities.

I do highly recommend for those of you looking for someone to hold you accountable and help you reach the next level!

I came to Jordan with an acute injury situation with my knees, and we have worked out a great stretching routine which he tailored to my specific needs. Because of my injury and the resulting weakness/lack of flexibility/mobility, I was a little intimidated to begin working with him, however he was able to put me at ease right away. From what I can see, he works with a very wide range of clientele in terms of what each person's individual fitness goals are. Very glad to be working with him--

Jordan is very knowledgeable inside the gym and has improved my technique when it comes to boxing. I started out with no experience and by the end of my first session with him I was throwing 10 punch combos. They say its always skyline time when in reality its always Zawarhi time. I came in first training session looking like a cat but he turned me into a lion afterwards. I became a majestic beast. It was the best hour of my life since I cant last that long in other situations…

Jordan does a very good job with his clients and always makes sure he’s helping you meet your goals. He’ll joke around with you and engage in conversation but its mostly to boost his own ego. Every time I go in there he greets me with a smile then he yells at me to hit the bike.

Before training with Jordan I didn’t have many friends and my female life was lacking. It became a problem. But since being one his clients, it totally changed my life. I still had no friends but so many girls came my way I had to put them on a schedule just like Jordan does with his clients.

No matter what your fitness goals are, he’ll help you in anyway to make sure you achieve your goals. He values your time and needs and he shows that consistently in our workouts.
