Front desk staff are less that polite and certainly not professional. My little one loves her class, but they do the same exact thing every week. More like playtime than an “class”. Allowing people to come and go and stop and start classes at any time causes there to be a different number of kids every week. I find this difficult for young kids to acclimate to as they are trying to get some consistency and to learn discipline. This place was pretty much a circus!

Attended a party here over the weekend. They did not have any juice for the kids and they did not have the right amount of food for the party. When confronted by the understandably upset mother, the party coordinator was very hostile and unprofessional. I would definitely avoid having any parties here, and honestly I question how the rest of the facility is ran.

Great place for gymnastics!! The girls at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. This was are first time. I also love how clean the place was. We tried another gym and I couldn’t say the same:)

Professional, attentive and responsive staff and admin. We've attended classes from tumble bunnies to competitive training and have enjoyed the training our kids received, as well as the bond formed with their coaches. They have a family oriented mind set and always provide professional care. Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive which made our experience enjoyable!

My daughter is in a tumbling class with a severe safety issue. There is another girl that is getting into other tumblers' faces and getting into their space, making a very unsafe condition. We have reported this serious issue. The instructor has asked for management's help with this serious safety issue, with nothing being done. Be very careful, and make sure you watch your kids, as they don’t seem to care much about the safety of others.

Went here for a birthday party the party was not enjoyable. We were rushed to do everything the kids were only allotted about 20 mins of play time. They were then brought out to eat pizza which took all about ten minutes. When they went back in to play they were told to come back out to eat cake and ice cream. This was totally a waste of money and time. I definitely will not be recommending and wouldn’t have another party here. We were better off just having a party at a park.

We went for a trial class and signed up for more that day. If you’re new to Kids Are Tops, just go in to the building vs trying to figure out the website or calling. I found it to be less overwhelming and the staff to be more helpful in person. We’ve been going for a few weeks now and my daughter loves it!

We have attended Tops for a few years with multiple kids in different classes from swim lessons, tumbling and now 2 on Tops gymnastics team. The coaches truly become family! When playing a table top questions game with our kids one of the questions was “who is your super hero?” Our 5 year old daughter said Miss Melissa! All of the coaches have been very great in a number of ways! We are very thankful for this gym, the coaches and friendships!

Love this place. We have been coming here since my now 23 year old did TumbleBunnies at the old location! My middle child learned to swim at the amazingly warm temp pool. And now my daughter takes tumbling and her competition cheer squad practices here too.
I recommend bringing your child here as soon as they are able! Tumble Bunnies for the littlest let's them safely explore a wide range of motions and movements. My daughter's tumbling skills improved rapidly once she began classes here. Every program is great and there is a wide range of days and times available to meet just about everyone's schedule.

My 2-year-old daughter takes both the "tumble bunnies" and the "polywogs swim class"... all of the staff are awesome, they have been doing a great job dealing with covid concerns, and she loves every minute of it. Highly recommended for toddlers, at least! No experience with older kids, yet.

We switched to this gym right before competitions started, I was blown away by their welcome. They got both of my girls in a trial class. We made the switch and a day later we walked in and they had a Leo, jacket and bag for my daughter. They quickly hurried to enter her into all the meets and were so polite, professional and welcoming! So excited to watch my girls grow here!

My daughter had an amazing 6th birthday party at Kids are Tops. We did the gymnastics party and I was amazed at what we got for the price. The kids were in the gym for 60 minutes of the 90 minute party. I loved the rule that only my husband or I could go in the gym. It allowed the adults to sit outside and chat. Several parents commented on how nice it was to have a quiet moment. We used the last half hour for food, cake, and presents. Our party hosts were wonderful. They were great with the kids, helped set up, pass out food, clean up, and even gave wrote down who gave which present to make for easy thank you notes. I loved the ease of the party and my daughter said it was the best birthday she ever had!

I want to like this place I really do but I tried a trial gymnastics when my daughter was 1.5 and they literally did nothing but show the ENTIRE gym of equipment and let the kids wander. It was way too big for her to do anything. I was looking for a class that was more contained and a more involved teacher.

We tried Kids are Tops again now that my daughter is 3. She has been reading a book about Jazz and now wants to do it. I signed up for a trial of Jazz Ballet Dance. It was raining bad and I couldn't find the gym so I was several minutes late. After being led to class there was only one other girl in the class and they were doing nothing but sitting on the floor. After my daughter arrived they continued to just sit on the floor in a butterfly position for 10 MINUTES!!!! That's 15 minutes of sitting doing NOTHING (no stretching no interaction no music) I was bored to tears just watching so I felt terrible for my daughter. Another girl showed up even later than us and there they were just sitting. FINALLY they got up and just ran back and forth the room like 20 times. She took out a bar and they pointed a toe out once and plied once then swung a scarf for 1 minute and the class was over. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF OUR TIME AS USUAL. It's sad really because they've got the building and equipment but the instructors are TERRIBLE and hAve ZERO enthusiasm. What's worse they did NO jazz dance ever. The teacher asked if I had any questions. I said "Yes, why was there no Jazz dance?" She replied with "I do it if I feel like it." Yea were done. Sorry Kids are Tops but you are losing MAJOR business from either not watching classes, training your teachers or hiring enthusiastic people who are passionate about what they do. I have yet to meet an upbeat, happy, excited teacher. Needless to say my daughter left the class saying, "Can we go home now?" NOT what a hardworking parent wants to hear. Kids are Tops you've forever lost my business and I will never refer you. It's sad really because I would totally sign my daughter up for gymnastics, dance, and swim.

We have since joined Twigs Kids and LOVE it there. The instructors make your child feel warm loved welcome and they leave with a smile on their face ALONG with actually learning and gaining skills. We love it there. Hopefully they can make a way to start dance classes.
