Not really for women who are real gym rats, I appreciated the kids club and the staff was pretty kind. But after time I realized how worn down the equipment is. I seen that the place wasn’t that updated and figured I’d still give it a shot, a lot of the equipment is misaligned and very rusted which leaves a lot of worry for injuries. When noticing I wasn’t making the same amount of progress I do at other gyms with better equipment I stopped going and paying. They moved my $600 contract to collections and I don’t feel it’s worth what they charge unfortunately. Definitely wish they would invest in their equipment, I would’ve stayed.

I've been searching for a gym that allowed children. this gym allows children and has childcare during your workout! this was a big plus for me! on top of that, I learned it's literally only for women which I didn't think mattered until I went to work out there. it makes such a big difference being surrounded by other women! I'm glad this place is in business. I'm excited for what the year will bring.
- bathrooms are clean & have showers.
- they have tanning beds
- an area dedicated to kid play
- I do recommend them having another weight lifting bar. they only have 1 in the gym.

Just became a SILVER SNEAKER. Love my classes and the instructor is so good. Exercise may seem simple but I feel it the next day. It must be working ☺️Lots of equipment to workout on, LADIES ONLY facility which I Love that you don't have men watching you or teenagers from highschool. Very friendly place.

Ladies movement.

Very nice staff. Very clean. And plenty of different things to do according to your own personal workout preference. Workout at your own pace, plenty of different machines and free weights.

Thank you so much to the worker that allowed me and my child to come in and use the restroom, yesterday. No questions asked, me and my child came running in, looking for a restroom. She was very friendly, and seen we was in a rush, and panicked. She pointed us to the restrooms, very polite, and friendly. My son was crying because he had to use the restroom, while shopping at the other end of the plaza, in Lil Rascals, where he was denied a bathroom. In the rush trying to find a restroom, he ended up having an accident in his pants. Although we were not customers, or members of the gym, we were treated very well here. I will be coming back soon for a member ship, and the child care services.
