Siobhan was very welcoming, warm and friendly pushed me gently and very helpful made sure my form was correct without making me embarrassed it was my first class and i’d come back just because of her personality music taste and helpfulness clean environment and friendly staff :)

I always love when I can get into a class at lagree house: I recently went to Lindsey Courtice’s class and she is my favorite by far. You will walk out of there feeling like you just got a great workout. It’s definitely a challenge but she has the BEST playlist mixed with rap and house music to keep you going!!!!

Most effective fully body weighted low impact workout class I’ve ever taken. I’m hooked! I attend twice a week and it’s helped me tone and tighten my body. Highly recommend! I am not sharing my favorite instructors because it’s hard enough to get in! Just go! All are wonderful!

Cece was such a great instructor! Great playlist, well rounded, high energy class. Cece did an excellent job explaining the movements. Siobhan has been amazing in both classes I have taken with her! I love her energy and she makes lagree fun and accessible. Lauren was such a great instructor she was so helpful and encouraging in the class! As a plus size girlie fitness classes can kind of scare me or I feel discouraged with not being able to do some of the exercises, but she provided modifications to some of them to help out with mobility for my size! I would love to take a formations class with her again!

I LOVE taking classes with Briana but all instructors are amazing! Briana is so helpful for beginners like me as she gives lots of helpful hands on coaching and I get the most out of my movements with her form reminders. Today was my first class with Ava and I thought she was one of the best instructors I have had at Lagree (both Bridge Park and Clintonville, as I go to both locations). She was energetic, but not too energetic. She spoke clearly and used good descriptors. The class was very challenging and she used different moves than other instructors before. Good music too. I can't say enough good things about Ava!

AMAZING!!🤩 I had my first Lagree house experience this morning and it was humbling. I am a mother of three (5,4,2). I lift moderate to heavy weights 3-4 days a week, I walk on the steepest incline, I run fast, and I kill the stair master. This workout class showed me all the areas I can improve on. I was shaking so bad that several times I had to actually stop to get my legs back into focus. My trainer was Christina at the Dublin location and she was fabulous. She explained everything in detail and came over and demonstrated how to improve my form. The best quote I have heard came from Christina, “ If you feel like you can’t do 10 more seconds, do 20 “ 💪🏼 I will be revisiting soon! Cheers to the new “MomBod”
