My granddaughter just completed her second session. During the showcase, every child was called up one by one to receive ribbons and then the instructor asked if they recognized every child. My granddaughter was not called so my daughter let them know. In front of everyone, the instructor said, is she even enrolled? Her name wasn’t on the list. It felt like they didn’t know who she was and didn’t know her name. This was very embarrassing for our 8 year old on a day that should have been exciting. What makes it worse is they did the same thing during her first session, not having her name on the list. We are all paying for instruction and attention for our children and I feel that this is inexcusable.

I was not surprised to see two similar reviews to mine and wish I saw these before signing up for their class.

Tried the toddler class and it was not great. Only went to 3 of the classes and we won’t be going back. Week one, I didn’t know who was a coach and who was a parent. There were no introductions until week two. Then instead of explaining what was going on, the coaches just said “go to the obstacle course”. There were no instructions such as “the obstacle starts with tumbling, then we will practice jumping, walking up a ladder, etc.”. It was like we were supposed to know what to do. Same thing when it came to the bars. My son and I walked up and he was nervous, as he is two years old, and it felt like they expected him to know to put his arms up and start swinging his legs. Felt like there were too many expectations for a class for 2-3 year olds, and that there was favoritism towards students that the couches already knew.

My daughter only went there for two classes and was singled out by the instructors both times.
Being in a three-year-old class and new to gymnastics they did not take time to let her adjust, teach her what she should be doing, instead they chase her, keep her out of activities, pull her out before the class is over, instructer (who says she is the owner) yells at me in front of all of the parents making my daughter cry.
she wasn’t given an opportunity to succeed here at all, Absolutely horrible owner who I dealt with would never recommend still waiting for my refund.
NOTE: did not have any problems at another gymnastics place she went to just had to change locations due to work schedules

My daughter went here for 12 weeks. I'm not sure they even knew her name. I was never spoken to as a parent or advised on her progress. This gym seems very dated & the cleanliness is suspect.

I was lied to and misguided. The director was very rude to me. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.
