Went for a basketball tournament. Doors closed and no A/C on a 90β° June day. It was cooler to sit outside at picnic tables between games than inside the gym. It's absolutely ridiculous! And we had to pay to watch in this heat. Surprise they haven't had a child pass out from the heat running up and down the court.
Instead of building new facilities, they need to invest in this one. Like installing changing tables in the bathrooms. I realized this as I walked in and saw a hot, frustrated mom struggle to change her baby's diaper in the counter between the sinks.

It's always terribly hot there, the facilities are low tier, and the courts are older. They need to upgrade everything.

The worst athletic center in cincinnati. It's 1000 degrees in the gym. It's actually cooler to play outside than in the gym. The floors are uneven. You pay way too much money to play at a gym of this quality. I would rather play in any other gym in cincinnati.

No AC, super hot. We usually use Elite on the Eastside.and are spoiled, but wow they need to get some AC.
Also it is quite dark in here, they totally need a new lighting system.
Lastly ,they don't have good signs to let you know which court is which. At Elite they have a huge map out front that shows you, but here you pretty much have to guess. Right now we are on Court 2 and I don't see a single sign anywhere that says Court 2.

My kids are playing in a summer league here, the team is require to pay 375$ for the season , 30$ each game for ref fees, and each person has to pay 4-5$ for entry the day of the games, they even make money selling stuff at the concession stand!!! it is unbelievable and ridiculous that landmark has not spent the money to get AC in this gym! How is this not again health board regulations? Where is the money going that they are being paid????. To make matters worse, the lady at the front door who takes the payments, and has the game day schedules is beyond rude!!!!. Must be because she's hot! π€¨π€

This gym is not in good condition at ALL. They're not putting the money back into the gym which is sad. It's very hot, there's no central air, the basketball court floors are horrible with bad wood spots, broken score boards, uneven spots, stains and spills all over the tile, and the floors need scrubbed and waxed desperately. Not to mention there's no where near enough seating for parents to sit and watch their kids play. They also have no water fountains, nor padding for the kids if they hit the walls surrounding the courts. The bathrooms are gross as is the facility. Everyone should be reporting them. Being that the Royals play out of Landmark and the cost people are charged for the owner not to put money back into this place is pathetic. If you don't want to do it than sell it! Someone else will invest in it. There's a ton of teams playing here. Being charged $3, $5, or $10 for games and tournaments PER person to get in.

Ten dollars to get in? Even if itβs Easter weekend thatβs ridiculous. The place is a dump and for an hour youβre robbing parents to find not enough seating, canβt see or scoreboards donβt work. Pathetic

This gym, facility and organizers of this fake AAU hosting outta be ashamed. I am reporting you to the official AAU site as well. Not only is the gym to hot to host any athletic events, but their are no accountability when it comes to kids/ teams/ coaches bluntly cheating. Teams of 4th grade has 6/7th graders playing. I am I coach of a AAU team as well. My girls literally had to register and show proof of grade and age to the official AAU site. Theyβre not doing their due diligence to ensure these kids are getting the best experiences and fair play as they should. Shame on you landmark athletics and everyone whoβs apart and running these absolutely terrible, unfair bias events. I am reporting you all!

We have come to many games here. But today more than ever kids were sliding towards the wall with the doors. There is no padding on those walls and around the doors . One player actually hit his head. Thankfully he was not badly injured. I propose you use some of the large amount you charge per person and invest in some padding to keep these kids safe. We were lucky this time but sometime there will be a head split open , a concussion or even worse and you will be paying for more than padding. Please invest in the safety of our kids. On a positive notes the people that check us in are kind. Thank you for reading this review.

Great for tournaments but they're entirely too high for admission, no ventilation system, no water fountains, can't open doors for air circulation, bad refs, outdated bathroom set-up and poor staffing at times. Bring your own coolers, your child might die of heat exhaustion in there. To cheap to get a hvac cooling system. Should be shut down until it's updated overall.

A Christian establishment should set an example and not be open on Sunday for sports. This is a day for worship not for teaching our kids sports are more important than Gid on this day! Very disappointing.
