Legacy U/U Fit Columbus is a premiere fitness facility located on the up and coming south side of Columbus. We specialize in sports performance training for both youth and adults, personal training, youth classes, large group adult classes ranging from bootcamp style to yoga and more, as well as small group classes. We have been taking our son to Legacy U Fit for several months now, and the results are truly impressive. The coaching staff excels at teaching not only strength and agility but also in building confidence and honing position-specific skills that will translate to the field. The facility itself is top-notch with accommodations for parents to easily observe training sessions regardless of class size or objective. The staff is not only experienced and skilled in their craft, but also friendly and professional, creating a supportive atmosphere that motivates all the kids to push their limits. Seeing my son grow stronger and more confident with each session has been incredibly rewarding. I highly recommend Legacy U Fit to any parent looking for a comprehensive training environment for their child.
