Perfect for me. Lots of different classes from yoga Pilates dance spinning barbel barre. Equipment is plentiful and well maintained. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool sauna and hot tub. Pickleball courts with 6 or more hours of open play. Open 24 hours

This place is my Ohio oasis.

We’ve been members at Life Time Deerfield for almost a year and honestly, would pay double. It’s worth every penny. The kid’s club is fantastic and I trust those women with my life. It’s incredibly clean and they are always making improvements. The sauna, steam room, and cold plunge are amazing additions at the end of a great work out. I love their classes and instructors. Truly, cannot say enough great things about Life Time and the staff there.

You will not find a better gym in the Cincinnati-Dayton area, period.

I enjoy this location. Good equipment and plenty of it. The new pickleball courts are nice.
The steam room and hot tub are relaxing. Locker room and showers are well maintained. New items. They provide some workspace tables in the lobby to work. They've also added a cold plunge which seems to be pretty popular. It's one of the old hot tubs so it's very large and cold.

I joined Lifetime the day they opened in Mason. It is always kept clean and updated in the workout area and throughout the club. The people are so welcoming when we get to the gym from check-in to all the trainers. I especially want to give a shout out to my trainer-Jay. I’ve been training with him for 7 years and he always keeps my workouts and especially my boxing routine top notch. His dedication and hard work is undeniable. He is a trainer who teaches top physical conditioning and lives and breathes by what he teaches his clients. Love being a member at Lifetime!

Even though my upgrade did not include access to ALL clubs and I was excluded from access to 3 clubs in the U.S. the GM was still very helpful in helping me out with an upgrade and the club itself was in good shape and staff were decent. I travel a lot and appreciate the courteous attitude towards an out of town member and my veteran status and being a longtime member.

The staff is the best iv ever seen at a gym. The showers are clean, there is enough room for people to do their workouts including space for deadlifts and squats.
A huge highlight for me was everything they offer for little kids, the child watch is really nice, and once they are 3yo they have classes for them too.
I try to be harsh in reviews so it doesnt look fake or bought, but it is hard to find anything bad. Only gripe is some classes you need to pay extra for after the pass, but i think that is only core pilates, there are other pilates classes and a ton more you dont need to pay extra for.
Oh and they have indoor and outdoor pools. Sauna, hot tub and steam room.

Its a good place but ....
I have been a club Member for past 5+ years paying significant amount of club fees for me and kids. I am canceling my club membership after worst altercation happened day before yesterday with So called off duty trainer manager - "Jay "on the floor. He was doing his work-out next to me and he started barking/whining in front of me when Bar Bell fell accidentally out of my hands. He said I am boss here and General Manager can't do anything if I complain. I informed this incident to General Manager "Greg" in the hopes to take action against unprofessional so called managers.. Such a disgraceful trainer manager he is.. at time he started Racial comments on me that I can't take it.. club don't refund your club fees if you cancel your membership in mid of the month..

It's been a year and Lifetime still hasn't updated their Friday hours on Google. It says midnight but they close at 10pm. They should think about how many people depend on Google to know the hours and get directions

Life time is a great place to get motivated to move, besides 2 staff members that could chill out a bit and stop acting like they are the owners (or maybe they are and in that case, sorry boss) the rest are a dream to work with, never had an issue that they couldn’t solve and at this gym, members come to work out, everybody minds their own business and it’s just the cherry on top.
Workout equipment is well maintained, members clean after themselves and one or two staff members are present on the floor do an extra spot cleaning.
The cold plunge they just added is a great move on their part!

I wouldn’t mind the high price of the membership, IF:
- they would keep the massage chairs functional ALL the time and not once every 3 weeks
- the climbing wall open at hours for other people than those that don’t have a job
- the children academy having professional staff and not, and I quote “don’t worry, your child is safe, everyone there is a mom!” Which by the way was a lie, my child was not safe and caught the staff twice talking among themselves, while my child was crying alone in a corner.
- the wet sauna either rusty wet pipes smell, or peppermint as strong as getting maced in the face, choose one or get it right.
- the worst razors they could find and the cheapest, q tips all mushed together in plastic jars, people, we had a pandemic not long ago!!!
- cheap shampoo, cheap body wash, everything cheap and low quality.
- the showers need some repairs and maybe cleaner.
- $5 for a strawberry cut in 4, I mean, really?!?
I don’t really need all of these extra fancy things, but if they don’t work, cut them out and lower the membership fee!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 Years Strong and Still Impressed

I’ve been a member here for 6 years, and even with price increases, this location continues to keep me excited about coming back. The recent renovations look amazing — from the updated lounge to the welcoming lobby — and the environment is always motivating.

I love swimming here, I love the gym, and I appreciate how this place supports both my physical and mental health. Special shout-out to Alex, who has been here as long as I have — her consistency is a big part of what makes this location feel like home.

It’s not always about the cost — it’s about the value and peace of mind a place brings you. For me, this Lifetime is unmatched.

The facility is obviously amazing and staff is friendly but my issue is that I pay full price to be at this club while other people get subsidized through their companies to be there since those companies get tax incentives to offer their employees gym memberships. That's obviously a great deal for those people but I don't find that those people treat this club as if they are paying full price out of pocket. I believe the staff does the best they can but the locker rooms, showers, saunas, etc. have used razors, used towels, and just an overall visual lack of respect for the shared environments. It is not the staff's responsibility to clean up everything after others. There's a diverse mix of members from all different cultures, many of whom don't speak English so I'm not sure if it's a cultural issue or lack of understanding from poor channels of communication that the members don't know to pick up after themselves but either way it's frustrating to deal with. I don't believe there is a solution for this or if the Club even finds this to be an issue worth addressing as their revenue likely depends heavily on the continuation of this business model but I will be looking for alternative gyms where there is a more cohesive sense of community and I don't feel like a foreigner.

**Dont go here*** They openly Fat shame and I weight 180!! I will never be ok with this behavior from some overpriced gym!!

What a horibble experienced - First the gentleman at the first desk told me I wasn't serious about fitness so this isn't the right gym for me *{openly fat shaming me) *then my kid asked for tour anyways to change the subject and he said " it would have to be very VERY VERY quick because im busy!" I said nevermind seeing that he didn't want us there and couldn't provide a proper tour. ******> Geezz, Ive never felt so unwanted and shamed for my size before plus it $290 a month for a 3 person family!! I don't know what's all included because we didn't get a tour.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. Anyone who thinks they can’t make friends here with both the staff and other members isn’t trying or doesn’t want to. Could spend all day here if I didn’t have to work. Pickleball, basketball, swimming, weights, classes… this gym has just about everything. If you are looking to change your lifestyle and get involved in fitness, there is no better place. Shoutout to Alex & Corey. They have been working hard at this place for years now and do a great job.

I’ve been to nearly every gym in Cincinnati and Lifetime remains at the top of the list.

There are several factors contributing to the low review rating. One issue is the limited availability of machines, leading to a crowded environment. Additionally, over 50% of the front desk staff displayed unhelpful behavior, which negatively affected the overall experience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the family locker area bathrooms could use improvement. Based on my experience, the facilities at Lifetime in the Texas Houston area are significantly better. Overall, I am quite disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the front desk staff at this fitness club. My husband and I are both paying members, spending $180 every month. Recently, we brought our child along and were told there would be an extra fee for her. That’s totally fine — my husband was already in the process of paying for it.
However, when I asked for the cabinet code so I could put our things away, the front desk staff refused to give it to me until the payment was complete. It felt like they assumed we wouldn’t pay, even though my husband was literally standing there paying at that moment. This kind of treatment felt discriminatory and disrespectful.
We expect better service from a place we pay so much for every month. Being treated with suspicion like that is unacceptable,

This gym is truly a life-changing Gym. This is not a gym that you would go to if you don’t plan on making a lifestyle change. While I have seen some post about the price and it not being justifiable, The classes alone justify the price for me.
Not only are the classes amazing but I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone at The Gym as of yet. The club members and the member member concierges And even management are so welcoming and kind. It really does seem like your family when you start to go consistently.

The only thing that I notice is that when it comes to classes, some trainers may not make modifications. They only show one way of doing the workout, instead of showing a low impact and higher impact mod of the workout.

Another pro is the outside pool area. During the summer, this is genuinely seems like the place to be. However, when I got my membership, I assumed that alcohol would be served by the pool. Unfortunately, they do not serve alcohol at all at this location

This is a very family friendly gym. If you don’t have kids then this may not be The Gym for you especially if you’re under the age of 65 because they don’t really hold a lot of events for people 25-50. Most of their events are geared towards kids and the elderly.
The major con that I have with this facility is the cleanliness. I noticed when I work out on the workout floor it seems like there is an accumulation of dirt, hair, and Dust on the floor near the Weight area. It doesn’t look like they have picked up or moved those pieces of equipment and really mopped in a long time. The exact same thing goes for the saunas It seems like it may be time to replace the wood and also clean underneath the slats.
The showers in the bathroom aren’t very welcoming as they seem a bit unclean as well. It seems like there may be mold and mildew growing in the showers because there are a lot of black areas on the walls and in the crevices of the caulking.
Also, I wish they would give us a better recovery area because it seems as though the massage chairs are always either broken, Overheating or are taken because they only have two massage chairs and one cryo- chair. And that doesn’t seem like nearly enough for a facility of this size.

All in all if you’re looking for a place to get in a decent workout, build a community, join a bunch of different fitness classes and you want a clean pool to swim in, This is a good place to be.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff during the night shift was very disappointing. After checking in, I was asked to show my ID. I explained that I didn’t have the physical ID with me but had a clear photo of it. Despite that, she held me at the desk for over 15 minutes, speaking without offering any real solution.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered unprofessional behavior from the same staff member, and I’ve heard similar complaints from other members and friends. Her attitude lacks professionalism, and she seems unwilling to help or communicate respectfully.

Honestly, it feels like there’s some kind of bias or discrimination in the way she deals with certain members, which is unacceptable in a place that should be inclusive and welcoming to all.

I hope management takes this issue seriously and works on improving the level of customer service, especially at the front desk.

I’ve been a member of Deerfield club over 2 years and have enjoyed every class/ group fitness . The instructors are experienced, pleasant and offer a variety of options. Studio 1 and 2 are clean (with the exception of the mirrors in Studio 2) and the equipment is well organized. The greeting staff is very pleasant , friendly and welcoming with a smile.
I’m giving this review 4 instead of 5 stars because the pickleball courts are filthy!!! Dustballs flying around the perimeter, crumbs, food wrappers , food and beverage stains of various colors along all 4 walls. Haven’t seen any crawling critters yet! I suggest that you post bold signs within the courts that no food is allowed. There is a lovely cafe on the premises. Weekly or by-weekly thorough vacuuming needs to be on the schedule, and beverage spills need to be cleaned /monitored on a daily bases.

Life Time Fitness reviews, particularly on sites like PissedConsumer, Trustpilot, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), reveal a mix of positive and negative experiences. Many reviewers highlight the extensive facilities and amenities, while others express concerns about customer service, cleanliness, and pricing
This above review is a AI Google search.
I can totally agree. The corporate office in Minnesota has no ability to appropriately communicate. People are so young. There is terrible customer service. I can certainly vouch for the lack of communication and return phone calling. There is no identification of a problem or accountability on their part. As a physician of over 40 years, I cannot Recommend patients to go to this facility for. Their physical training or cardiovascular health. There are many other options. I no longer maintain a membership. For myself or family

Lifetime recently acquired the business of Five Seaons and three of the locations. They have decided to "focus their efforts" on two locations, while closing the Dayton location with no explanation and very little notice.

As a long-time member and part of the community, the decision to shut down has deeply impacted many families, including mine.

The closure of the facility will have significant consequences for so many of us. Families who have relied on Five Seaons for fitness, childcare, and a sense of community are now faced with a difficult void. Parents will lose a safe, nurturing environment for their children, and individuals and families will no longer have access to the fitness opportunities that have become an integral part of their daily lives. Additionally, the friendships and sense of belonging that have developed within our community will also be greatly missed.

I understand that there are challenges in business, but I wanted to take a moment to share how much Five Seaons has meant to so many of us. It wasn’t just a place to work out—it was a place to connect, grow, and build relationships that extend far beyond the walls of the gym. The loss of this space will leave a significant gap in our lives.

Even if Lifetime were to reopen in the future, it would be difficult for the company to stand up to the sense of community and connection that was built over the years. The relationships, the familiar faces, and the culture that were created are unique and irreplaceable. The closure has left many of us feeling not just without a fitness center, but without a second home and support system that we’ve come to rely on.

The best fitness club I have ever seen.

Pros:
1. So many classes and programs. Refer screenshots for all programs and classes for short glimpse.
2. They have so many amenities like gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, hot springs, steam bath, showers, kids playground, basketball, squash, racketball, pickleball, wall climbing, volleyball (every tue, thur and sun from 7pm to close) all indoor.
3. Men’s lockers are free and they have so many. But I heard women’s lockers are not and available on extra pay.
4. They have kids care as well, so you can leave kids while you play.
5. Lots of gym equipment.
6. There are like couple of tens of classes. Almost 70% of them are for free (I mean with basic club membership), but remaining are for extra money or premium membership only. (Like yoga, etc)
7. Flexible hours.
8. Lots of parking space.
9. Kroger, gas station are within 0.1 miles range.
10. You can make reservations within all.
11. Spa, hair saloon and kitchen also there.
12. They have all sports equipment like squash, racketball and pickleball bats. Ask at front desk.
13. They provide towels. And lots of towels.
14. Staff is extremely nice and empathetic.

Cons:
1. Expensive as its luxury club. Especially now. But it’s comparatively less for couple if they pay together.
2. Once you miss classes after register, there would be penalties.
3. So much crowded these days. Especially for pickleball. He se so much wait for sometimes.
4. They don’t have proper squash bats (what they have now are broken or torn strings)
5. Variable club membership and hikes prices occasionally.

I even have a picture of it. They said they would leave without waiting too long. Some employees kick out people they don't like or can't get along with. I know they shouldn't give them a 20% discount. But they took the payment without a discount and they are very dishonest and dishonest. ✍️👎👎👎👎👎

Lifetime has nice facilities and great classes but my first impression as a guest is not good at all! The front desk lady said it’s lifetime policy to require a guest to download the app and open an account to sign so called “ paperwork “. Such requirement is so inappropriate and it really bothers any potential guest! After I did everything as instructed, she cannot find any valid link to the so called “paperwork “. I’ve been a member for over 10 years at Lifetime. I’m not sure what has happened over the past few years but they are going downhill by the day. The gym itself is absolutely stunning but the staff will make you move to a different gym. You’d think paying 100$ a month would give you good customer service. Wrong. Most of Staff are rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory, make you feel like a freak if your not white with money. I was told by one staff member that I could stretch wherever was needed as long as there weren’t any classes taking place. I started to stretch by the treadmills away from classes. I wish I knew the lady’s name but she’s a shorter older woman with blonde hair I think she’s a trainer. She told me I was in the way of her class and that I needed to move when I was nowhere near and proceeded to argue with me telling me to move when I wasn’t even in the radius of the class taking place. Sherman at the front desk is discriminatory towards middle eastern people with displays of antisemitism as he always has an attitude with me. I’ve spoken to many members who feel the same to the point where we have considered filing a mass complaint. In addition to this they gas the price every other month just for the hours and quality to decrease. I’ve spoken with staff who have also expressed that they aren’t treated any better, I don’t care how nice the gym is: no amount of money can buy morals and ethics. I’ve tried to give so many chances but I’m so disappointed with how downhill lifetime has gone. I switched to la fitness and haven’t looked back.

With the exception of a few years after I retired, I have been a member of the Mason location since it opened. Over the years, I have witnessed numerous endeavors to improve the facility for the benefit of its members. Each time we, as members, enjoyed the benefit of those efforts.

However, never have I seen such a significant improvement as the result of Patrick managing the facility. I cannot say enough about the ‘attention to detail’ his staff exhibits as they conduct their daily tasks. Claire genuinely deserves to be fired. Her customer service was horrendous and I honestly find it embarrassing for an establishment to put individuals such as her up front right when you walk in as your first impression… let me explain my experience.

Two weeks ago my boyfriend came as a guest and only needed his ID and then signed in with the iPads. I came this morning with him for the first time to Lifetime in my life. I brought an id since that is all he needed. When we got there Claire said I had to download the app and there was nothing she could do since I didn’t have my phone. I asked her “but what about if you don’t have a phone or if your phone is dead or don’t have storage”. I wasn’t trying to be difficult I genuinely didn’t have my phone because we were going to play basketball. She then continued saying she wouldn’t help us. It wasn’t until my boyfriend finally spoke up and told her he signed in two weeks ago for a fact on the iPads so he knows she can do it now. She then looked at me and said “I’ll help you if she simmers down”.

I’m genuinely appalled by Claire and her customer service. I was a first time guest that had no idea about the rules or policy and my boyfriend joined a week ago! It’s insane that an individual who is put as a first impression is rude, apathetic, and straight up nasty.

I have never experienced anything like that in my life when I was just genuinely trying to understand the rules and policies because I didn’t know them!

The club brings a lot of value to me. Having indoor and outdoor pools is a huge part of this value equation. It’s therefore very concerning how dirty the pool deck is in high traffic area. I imagine a lot of this mud ends up in the water. The other problem is that a lot of newcomers don’t seem to have any respect to club”s policies or just to any other club members in general. I once saw a man bringing a child in underwear. Then, to my much bigger surprise, there was an adult male casually walking around in his underwear. The kids working as lifeguards there are clearly not comfortable to confront these people snd enforce the policy. The other behavior I observed is when people go to sauna, sweat there, walk out and dive in the pool. Is this really OK regardless of the pool rules?

Equipment is horrible. New basketballs are outdoor basketballs. The steam room button doesn't work and the sauna is always different temps. There are barely any pickleballs, you would think for 150 dollars a month you would get some good equipment.

I have been a member for 11 years and under the new manager (Patrick) the club has never been better. The place is clean and organized. The equipment that was in bad condition has been replaced or repaired. The member environment had gotten out of control and as I understand the trouble makers no longer work out there. These little improvements have made the club comfortable, safe and motivating. I also have had a personal trainer for my time there. The trainer team is fantastic, they make a difference in so many lives. My Trainer, Jay Wood is the most knowledgeable and professional person. I am proud to call him a friend. He works to make me better everyday!
Thanks Jay and Patrick for making the club better. If you don’t know Jay or the other trainers, take a moment to meet them. They are awesome.

Disappointing experience and disappointing customer service. We joined this club and were looking forward to a number of things, including taking group classes, to use clubs in other locations and personal training. We found with experience that the group classes are basically sold out for regular members and available only to the signature members (higher paid tier) or at the very last minute on the waitlist. We asked about personal training with a female trainer and were lectured on why we wanted a male trainer. After still asking to be referred to a female trainer, it never happened. When we traveled to Florida, we were told that our membership at Lifetime didn't work at all at that location. We gave feedback and were not called back by management. Finally, when we canceled, someone reached out, but they didn’t offer to address any of our concerns; they offered a session with a nutritionist -which had nothing to do with our concerns. The management team seems very unempowered to fix even minor issues that members have. We are headed back to the Mason Rec Center, where I can't believe the government runs a better ship.

Response: this is a strange response. I have no clue who I would contact. If you read my review, you will see that I talked with club management and they did zero to address my concerns.

I’ve been a member for 7 years and the decline that I’ve seen at this facility has been absolutely absurd. The manager running this place is an absolute nut job and should not be in charge. This moron Patrick is constantly letting his roid rage out on the members and is clearly insecure about the fact that his wife is likely seeing other men so he decides to spend his whole day cussing out little kids and puffing his chest out to intimidate women before he bans them from his facility, likely because they don’t want him back. I genuinely don’t know who thought it was a good idea to put this block of bologna in charge he genuinely brings zero value to the facility and just makes members and employees want to stop coming. He’s also instilled some odd superiority complex into his concierge employees. At the slightest inconvenience they’ll start threatening to ban people. Lifetime should seriously look into getting rid of Patrick. Kevin was way better.

Going to list many things. I have been a member for 12 years and finally decided to cancel my membership. Instead of writing paragraphs I will list things out make it easier.

1. Turf was taken out for pickle ball. For me and many people at this specific location the turf was the main reason for joining.

2. The crazy amount of people that are at this gym. They definitely over sold memberships.

3. The trainers and some employees started to get rude in the recent years.

4. The whole gym from weight room, men's locker room, sauna, showers, pool area is disgusting.

5. The gym used to be 24/7 and after covid the hours changed. At first I thought this was by the government but being there for so many years and knowing almost everyone that works at the gym I was told its because the management does not want to pay the hourly wage to hire people for night to be open 24/7.

6. Started paying $54.99 a month, currently I pay almost $130. I would not mind paying but how are you going to charge more but offer less than what you used to. The rate changed I believe 2 or 3 times within 1 year which did not make sense.

7. Couple years ago employees would walk up to me and ask me to put my phone away if I ever recorded myself working out or taking pictures (not shirtless) because other members were not okay with being on camera but these days people are taking equipment to set their phone up or pull out a tripod with big camera and no one says anything.

8. Coming to the men's locker room, you will barely find towels depending the time of day you go.

9. The white towels don't stay white, speaking with other members they even questioned if it was bleached. I have had other members tell me they toss the towels with stains because of how disgusting it is. This should be done when the crew is folding them not by members.

10. I do not care what your interest are, if you like guys or girls but keep it to yourself. There are 3 well known members who are known to be peaking and staring at others when they change. They are known by many members. I have held myself back numerous times from verbally or even physically attacking them. I have reported them to the front desk workers and also on the iPad at the front desk, nothing was done.

11. Lastly I have had so many pairs of shoes stolen from the locker room. 2 weeks ago I had my gym bag stolen. Its just ridiculous.

To finish it off the management does not care to provide a high end fitness gym/spa rather they are more worried about making money. I have been to so many lifetimes across the country and sadly the one near my home is the worst. This was the nicest gym in the area but not anymore, at least for me.

After being over 5 years in this club, unfortunately everything start getting down to hill, first of all apparently they got rid of the best manager I've ever seen, dont know the reason but that's a huge fall from the upper staff, secondly I used always to be a fan of how clean the gym was, and now it's a just A filthy place even to get into, especially in the men's locker rooms and bathrooms, they got rid of the cleaning towels and sprays in the workout section for being stingy. Workout section is filthy as well, specially the machines and the corners, and so for basketball and the squash courts .

Just No, I have been going to every lifetime in the state of Ohio and Arizona for years since 2019/2020, until the manager stops me on my way to a class to cancel my membership because they accused me of theft when I told him I clearly last saw the item inside the building, I specifically told him where i last saw it - anyway the manager didn't seem to believe that I was telling the truth and Cancelled my membership - then when I emailed him about a (partial) refund because he basically wasted my money for the rest of that month - he decided to not reply - I paid over a hundred dollars that month and didn't even get to use the gym for the majority of the month - if you're going to cancel someone's happiness/ favorite gym in the world abruptly then at least let them finish out the month to get their money's worth):

Bad experience for a kid's birthday party!!!

I am not a member at the gym but I was there for a kids birthday party this past weekend.  I can tell you overall the place looked nice everything was laid out nice but the people were not trained well. Honestly I don't think this reflects badly on the people who are working there. I think this reflects very poorly on the facilities management. When you hire 18-20 year olds they need to be managed and there wasn't anyone in sight that came and managed them or checked up on them.

1) Upon arrival the pizza was already sitting there. I'm not sure how long it had been sitting there before arrival but we were there on time. I'm not sure if this is normal to just to leave food sitting there without warming it or anything for who knows how long. I would normally expect the pizza to arrive somewhere between 15 or 20 minutes after the party starts.

2) One girl was telling the kids to go play in the bounce house while the other girl was telling the kids to go eat pizza. My kids were upset and confused as was I.

3) When the cake was served the staff had seconds, before some of the guests even had a first helping. When the father of the birthday boy came over to get a second helping he asked the girl that was cutting the cake to give him a second helping. Her reply was I'm sure you know how to do it yourself as she was shoveling cake in her mouth. At one point the boy who was watching the bounce house left the kids unattended in the bounce house and it started collapsing as he was eating cake. I'm not sure if that was his second or third piece; it was hard to keep track.

4) The staff started putting the toys away 1 hour before the party ended. The staff took down the bounce house 45 min before the end of the party. At 2:25 The girl said to the group "just letting you know we close at 3:00" as she swept and threw everything away. The mother of the birthday boy said she paid till 3:00.

5) I overheard a conversation between the two girls saying the one girl sent the boy home early and that's why they needed to tear down the bouncy castle early.

As someone who has been a member since 2013 and travels to lifetime’s around the country, my review is overly generous. First the locker room is filthy. I am in town for work for two weeks. I have seen the same disgusting grime on the floors. I see calcium build up in the bathrooms stalls for the time i have attended. This tells me no cleaning is taking place. This lack of attention to detail and hygiene is a health risk. I have never seen a lifetime that runs out of towels on such a consistent basis. Frankly if I was the DM of this district, I would check how often the GM is here and how often he conducts inspections. These poor people in Mason do not know how great a lifetime can be. I would take pictures of the locker room but that would be against club policy. I will be conducting corporate for a credit for this month. Gross.

As a follow up, I saw the post from the club below. The bathrooms still have not been cleaned. Thankfully my last day in town. I almost drove 85 miles to Columbus, but saw the reply below. Just lip service.

I have been a member of this gym for several years, and I must say that I've noticed a significant decline in the overall quality of the facilities and services. While I understand that changes can happen over time, the recent deterioration has been quite concerning.

The pool water quality has become an issue, with a noticeable change in its color and the presence of debris that seems to linger for extended periods. It's disheartening to observe a lack of proper maintenance, as evidenced by the same band-aid floating in the pool for weeks. This neglect raises concerns about hygiene and safety, wouldn't be surprise if someone contract an amoeba infection from the pool.

Furthermore, the gym seems to have shifted its focus away from cleanliness and customer satisfaction. I recall a time when the gym was diligently cleaned, but unfortunately, that is no longer the case. This is especially troubling given the recent increase in membership fees from $69.99 to $129.99 per month. As a long-term member, it's disappointing to witness a decline in the gym's standards without a corresponding improvement in services.

The pricing adjustments have also affected the affordability of the shakes offered at the gym. What used to be a reasonably priced option at $5 has now been raised to $9.95. While I understand that costs can change, I hope the management considers maintaining a balance between providing quality products and keeping them accessible to all members.

I must also mention an incident I encountered in the locker room where a fellow member put their soaking sweat gym cloth in the swim suit water extractor. This not only reflects a lack of consideration for others but also raises concerns about the general hygiene practices within the facility.

I write this review with the intention of offering constructive criticism, as I genuinely believe that this gym has the potential to regain its previous high standards. A renewed focus on cleanliness, timely maintenance, and fair pricing adjustments would greatly improve the overall experience for all members. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration and that positive changes are made to restore the gym's reputation for excellence.

Also the gym used to be 24/7 now it's not. Pretty sad. I wouldn't recommend signing up this gym. I'm about to cancel it.

I can’t say better things about the staff at life time, on the other hand I can’t say worse about the clients that go to this gym. On one had the staff & crew are extremely professional and always helpful while 80%~ of customers (gym members) are stuck up, pretentious, and don’t understand basic gym etiquette. I’ve been to 20+ gyms in my life and this is the only one that the lack of etiquette and friendliness to others is almost systematic.

Although with this said the staff & equipment do outweigh the negatives, and I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future!

The lap pool at this facility is basically a day care center.

I stopped in last month to check out getting a membership mostly because they have two indoor pools. they said the pools were open from 5am to midnight. Great, right? i revisited last Wednesday intending to purchase a membership. I looked over at the lap pool and saw there was a child splashing and shrieking in virtually every square foot of it. There had to be 40 kids in the pool.

I asked at the front desk to see a pool schedule to see when the swim classes were so I could know when I could come in to avoid kids swim lessons. The guy said the kids were not there for lessons, that kids are in the pool EVERY DAY from 3 to 7 pm. I said: "It''s 8:30pm right now. If I had a membership, when would the pool be available for swimming laps in the evening? He told me I could just ask the kids to move over and give me a lane. I said I wouldn't want to get in a pool with 40 kids in it. He told me the couldn't MAKE the kids get leave, their parents were in the gym working out.
He suggested I might just swim in the large pool because it was just a little more shallow than the lap pool
