As a teacher, librarian, and Hot Yoga instructor, I was interested when my sister said she was doing BUTI YOGA. When I came to visit, I went to a class with her and fell in love instantly! My whole existence screamed, "YES!" Mel has this amazing energy and light about her that makes you feel Enough with a capital E. The Buti practice with spiraling was so transformative, I looked up teacher training immediately after class, found a training near me, and registered on the spot. I'm now a certified Buti Instructor and practice daily. Mel is supportive and encouraging. She is a gem and doing wonderful things in Wapakoneta!
