If you’re not looking for that hustle and bustle type of gym… pretty much this is it. All the necessary equipments needed literally close to home, the hours of operation are ideal. The owner and members are respectful… i feel comfortable and I enjoy it

I was impressed with the Marine owner and his willingness to help show me equipment that I've never seen before in the proper way to use it. 24-hour availability of it should fit into my schedule

I've gone to this gym on and off for a couple years. It's awesome in terms of variety in equipment, there's air conditioning, and it's never super packed when you want to go. Plenty of space to social distance if there are a couple more people there than usual. The owners are so awesome and responsive. I lost my wedding band there yesterday and a kind gym member turned it into the owners and they had it back to me this morning. The gym goers and the owners are great people.

Convenient place to get a good workout in if you are in the Lisbon area. Reasonable membership cost and the owner is super helpful. Definitely recommend.
