If you are a senior looking for the perfect workout place, Fit Body is the place!! Their Fit Body Forever program is designed specifically for seniors and it is amazing. Since joining, I have gained so much flexibility, strength, improved balance and best of all, no more arthritic pain. The Fit Body community is so warm and welcoming. Classes are challenging but fun and you will feel amazing afterwards. Ryan is so warm and welcoming, and our coach Julie is amazing-she is so knowledgeable, funny and encouraging. This place is the best and I highly recommend it for all seniors.

I started about two months ago and I an genuinely amazed at how quickly I started to experience results, strength and stamina wise. I really appreciate how effectively they use the time. This has been better outcome for me than when I was younger, stronger and working in one-to-one sessions.

Fit Body-Strength Training Program, is AWESOME, TERRIFIC, and EXTRAORDINARY!!!
I am an older woman that had an inactive sedentary lifestyle.....I kept seeing the article on Instagram, Strength Training for older individuals, I reach out, made an appointment, met Ryan (awesome young man) joined that day!! Since joining, my mobility, walk, balance, coordination has improved beyond my dreans!! I'm not afraid of falling anymore, I can now "get up" without assistance by myself....PROUD MOMENT!!!
The Strength Training class, addresses those muscles that haven't been used, or lack of use, it's FABULOUS.....Come check it out for yourself, gain the confidence you once felt!!

I was going and doing FBBC for many years and watched the team develop the fit body forever program from the startβ¦ thinking someday I might be doing that program and what a great idea to develop a program like the fit body forever program. During Covid, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and was in a lot of joint pain, which prevented me from doing a lot of work outs as I started to feel better. I was trying to figure out what I could do for strength training and get myself moving again. Running into Ryan and talking to him about it made me so comfortable and feel like I need to try this program and get back to working out and try that body forever. I am forever. Grateful to Ryan, Julie, Elana for welcoming me back, and helping me slowly regain my strength and feel comfortable back in class. I love Fit Body Boot Camp I love the fit body forever program and I love the fit body family that I have. It is a great community of support, friendship and encouragement! The coaches are amazing and supportive and every class is fun and challenging β¦anybody that tries Fit Body forever will love it! It is truly my home away from home!XO

The Lyndhurst Fit Body Boot Camp is great. I've worked with Ryan and Julie for several years. I had to leave for a year and just came back and it's like I never left. I'm in the Senior Boot Camp class and it is perfect. I have Fibromyalgia and Julie will adjust parts of the workout if needed. It is certainly not an easy workout...no seated chair exercises.
As the owner, Ryan is very involved with every aspect. He knows everyone's name, makes them feel comfortable when they first come, assists in leading classes or helping when needed. He is easy to discuss issues a member may be having and offers suggestions to help.
I hope to be able to continue for many more years!
