MADabolic is hands down one of the best strength gyms I’ve ever trained at! The atmosphere is both welcoming and motivating, pushing me to improve every single day. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and consistently provide the guidance and encouragement I need to keep progressing. 5 stars for MADabolic! I have loved my experience so far. The atmosphere and vibes are great. The staff is incredible- everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The workouts are challenging and rewarding. My body is already a lot stronger since the gym opened in January. Also, I've met so many nice people and going to my workout is the highlight of my day.

I am coming up on 50 classes at MadAbolic and it's safe to say I am obsessed! I have not gotten tired of going to class and it's always something new and different. The trainers have really helped me perfect my form, learn new exercises and also increase my weights healthily and safely. I have also made some great friends and truly feel part of a team here. I am absolutely LOVING MADabolic Cincy! The location is great, the coaches are amazing and the workouts…sheeeeesh they kick my butt every. single. time! It’s functional fitness…a mix lifting, cardio, and boxing. If you’re looking for a great workout that’s different every day and great people with the same goals, you should definitely check out MAD!
UPDATE: 9 months in and I’m still LOVING it!! The workouts, the times, the community, the coaches…can’t say enough good things about MAD! If you haven’t tried the free class…you NEED to! Sign up, I promise you’ll love it! 🩵

I have been a member since MADabolic opened in January and absolutely love the gym and atmosphere. The trainers are not only knowledge, coach you up, but make class fun. The owners have done a great job at making MAD a welcoming gym to all levels of fitness and community. I highly recommend trying a class if you are looking to make fitness gains and be held accountable!

I have been attending MAD for a few months and could not have more positive things to say. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the atmosphere is the perfect blend of intensity + inclusivity. It’s become one of my favorite parts in my day & I can’t wait to keep attending! Everyone should try this gym out.
The owner and head trainer are both extremely helpful and personable. Highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly, personable & informative. All coaches take the time to show you the proper technique for each exercise. I like the format of each class, along with a breakdown on what to expect, demonstrations & warm-up. Overall, great atmosphere & always looking forward to the next class.

I’ve been going to Madabolic since January, and it’s been amazing. The workouts are challenging, well-structured, and great for all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and really care about your long-term progress, with a big focus on form and recovery.

I’ve tried so many group fitness studios in Cincinnati & this is by far the best. Individualized strength training but in a group environment, and with instructors who are very experienced and know what they’re doing. I’ve been going for about a month now and can already feel the difference in my strength and overall athleticism.

After a few months at MAD, I’m seeing results and feeling stronger. I was nervous to join at first, but these workouts really are for everyone and the sense of community at the gym is unreal. Coaches make an effort to get to know you and challenge you, and the fellow members are great too. Would recommend!

I belong to MAD in Charlotte, NC and took classes here while visiting. Brad has been so kind and beyond accommodating during my time here! He has booked and rescheduled classes for me through text as our location's app does not work at other locations. He was responsive and understanding as my schedule has been busy while in town. All the coaches have also been welcoming and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

MAD Cincy is the best!!!! I already belonged to another gym when I first started MAD back in January at the beginning of the year & I was very skeptical to even try a new one but they had a free 7 day trial at the time and I figured why not try it out. I did not expect to stay to be completely honest, let alone LOVE it as much as I do!!! I get EXCITED to get up at 4am to hit the gym first thing in the morning to start my day at 5:30am or 6:30am class because of MAD!!! AP is the absolute best trainer I have ever encountered & truly understands the meaning of being a trainer & you can tell is her passion & she lives by that. She is extremely helpful & knowledgeable & makes you feel so pushed to your limits yet so at ease the entire workout. Every single trainer is top tier making sure everybody understands what they’re doing with each new exercise. Emma, Zekiah, Kaz, they’re all amazing trainers!!! They check form, pace depending on what we are doing that day & really make sure we ourselves understand these workouts to prevent any injuries. The music is the best, the vibes are immaculate, & the workouts are unmatched. This is the best gym in cincy!!! I am so happy to be apart of the team & a founding member from the start with such a fun place. :)

I’ve been going to MAD since they opened in January 2025 and I love it. It’s a fun workout that kicks your butt but seems to go by quickly. The studio is clean and the all the trainers are great. MAD has become part of my routine and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I have loved my experience at MADabolic. I was never a group fitness kind of person but the combination of strength training and interval training turned out to be magic! I've belonged to gyms before and even worked with a personal trainer, but it was intimidating to know where to start in a gym, and personal trainers were very expensive even for one session a week. MADabolic is everything I've wanted in a gym experience. The workouts are planned and vary day to day, from the theme to the movements, which keep it interesting and engaging. It's a class setting with the assistance of a trainer that can help modify movements and pull lighter or heavier weights if I need it. It's the most amount of progress I've seen for myself in such a short amount of time, and can only imagine how much stronger I'll feel and look as time goes on. Class times are easy to work into my weekly schedule and I'm welcomed by name every time I go. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and supportive, what more can you ask for?

If you are hesitant or are intimidated to try MADabolic, don’t be. Started going to the pop ups, and have been regularly going since the gym opened. Extremely good training staff that is willing to help and encourage you during the workout. Awesome group workout that goes by extremely fast!

MADabolic has been a complete transition from my usual gym. Everyone, especially Brad, has been more than welcoming! My previous gym wasn’t giving me the results I needed and the music was horrible. A huge impact is music when I workout and Madabolic music has been PERFECT. I already feel stronger and haven’t been sore in a year and that’s how I know this gym is already impacting my body for the best. Emma and AP are so encouraging during class and have been helping me so much with my form.

This is such a great gym! They have knowledgeable coaches and such an encouraging environment. My favorite parts of the workouts have been the thorough warm up, the scalable movements, and the correction cues from the coaches. As a physical therapist, I was thrilled to see that the coaches were always ensuring that movements were being done safely and correctly, and that members were being encouraged to try more challenging weights or movements when appropriate. Highly recommend!
