At MaxStrength Fitness we believe that everyone deserves to be healthy and fit without spending hours in the gym ⌚️💪. In order to do that, you need to have an effective exercise that fits your schedule. The problem is you’re busy and don’t know what to do which makes you feel frustrated. We believe it shouldn’t be so hard to find fitness professionals you trust and a program that works. We understand that finding an exercise program that fits your busy schedule and meets your goals is overwhelming, which is why since 2007 we have been helping thousands of people just like you achieve their health and fitness goals in only 20 minutes twice a week without breaking a sweat.

I joined Max Strength Fitness in Solon with a friend about 10 weeks ago upon the recommendation of another friend who is a healthcare professional. The 20 minute workout twice a week sounded too good to be true and I needed to check it out for myself. I have been proven completely wrong! I am feeling great! Stairs are no longer a problem going up or down! Lifting my grandchildren, whether they are two years old or eight is no longer a problem. My strength has vastly improved and I am noticing it in everything I do all day long! Thank you, Max Strength Fitness! Thank you to the wonderful trainers there, thank you to Lori for the recommendation, and a special shout out to my amazing twice a week Trainer, Giovanni!

Max Strength Fitness is absolutely amazing! Marina, Christian, and Giovanni are all wonderful — always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with any questions I have. They truly care about your progress and make sure every session counts. I love that the workouts are focused and efficient — no distractions, no wasted time — just a great atmosphere to get in, get your workout done, and feel accomplished in only 20 minutes! I can’t recommend this place enough.

As a man "of a certain age," I'm intent on doing everything that I can to be around for as long as possible. MaxStrength Fitness - Solon is helping me to do just that . . . in two intense workouts of only 30 minutes a week. Marina, Christian and Giovanni are a joy to work with. They know exactly how to safely get you in peak physical condition. I couldn't recommend MaxStrength Fitness - Solon more highly.

I have been coming to Max Strength Fitness since early September. I am 100% committed to my workouts. Having a personal trainer has made me more accountable to show up and do my very best. All the trainers are amazing. I work with Christian and he is so knowledgeable. I feel much stronger and can tell a difference in my every day life! Come and try it out. You will not be disappointed!

I recommend MaxStrength highly due its ability to obtain maximum results from brief sessions twice a week. The equipment is first class and the environment is comfortable and beautifully color coordinated.
I especially like my knowledgeable trainers Chris, Giovanni and Marina since they are doing an excellent job crafting the perfect exercises for my particular needs.
I highly recommend MaxStrength for everyone including seniors without reservation.

I love MaxS and, even moreso, my excellent trainer, Marina. She gently encourages me to ‘push’ and do ‘one more’ before saying those blessed words, ‘good job; all done!’ I am stronger and can do more things comfortably and spontaneously in my daily comings and goings. I love that she listens to my concerns. Folks, I am doing SO WELL!!! The exercises do not leave me sore! I am enormously happy with MaxS.

Easily the best workout I’ve ever had! The trainers are great and they tailored the workouts to be custom for my body type and goals. In 25 minutes I was able to get a complete body workout, which normally would’ve taken me over an hour at the rec center gym near me. This is an easy decision, can’t wait for my next session! Keep up the great work guys!
