I LOVE MSF!! The trainers, Kayla and Kyle, write terrific routines and implement them with skill. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and the equipment is challenging and well-maintained. The "super slow" MSF style of working out with heavy weights for twenty minutes, twice a week suits me perfectly at 63!! 😃👍

I have been going to MSF Strongsville since the beginning of April 2025. My trainer is Mike Palko. He is excellent at what he does! He is always prepared with my workout and monitors my progress on every machine. It's very therapeutic. He makes sure I am focusing properly on my breathing and using the correct form on the exercises. I am grateful I signed up and feel positive results from the method used by MFS.

Excellent Program and Terrific Personal Trainers. Workout is a focused 20 minutes 2x per week and is really making a huge difference. Easy, convenient, location in center of Strongsville. Spotless clean, great machines, and the personal trainer keeps me honest every minute of the workout. Could not be more satisfied or recommend more highly. Taking workouts, fitness, and strength training to a new level with ease. LOVE every visit.

Love This Place ! Mike Palko Strongsville location …is the best trainer … very positive, easy to talk to and always has a smile on his face 😊 Doesn’t take long and It gives me energy for the rest of the day ! More so I had a chronic hip impingement that I had numerous injections for . I am now pain free due to this type of training . It’s only been three months . I wish I would have did this four years ago !

Mike and Kayla are friendly, motivating and knowledgeable fitness trainers. Jeff is a charismatic, intelligent CEO that built this exercise model which has not only been physically transforming, but life changing.

I committed to this program for 6 months and halfway through, I already can see muscles in places I have not ever seen before. My weights have all continued to increase despite starting with a lower back injury that healed without having to take time off from efficient strength training.

I never thought 20 minutes twice a week would be thought of as a workout routine, but at MaxStrength, it is! It fits so well into my very busy life and is easy to keep. Kayla is the BEST trainer as she knows just how much to push you and keep you motivated to meet your goals.
