Good place to get a 20 min mostly full body workout in.
I like being pushed really hard on my workouts and my trainer pushes me harder than I can do myself. But you don't have to be push as hard I want to be. They are flexible.
The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star, it is more expensive than I would like. But I keep coming back.

All of my workouts have targeted upper and lower body as well as my core. They are always varied and I feel energized after each session. All of the sessions are challenging. I really look forward to my twice weekly sessions.

I started as a MaxStrength Fitness client in August 2023 and have been working with Cassie since then. I can't say enough great things about working with her. Cassie and the entire Willoughby team are incredibly professional and encouraging. I look forward to the workouts because they feel like working with a friend. I love that the time required is only 20 minutes twice a week. I have never before been able to find and stick with a fitness program until I gave this a try. It's been one of my best decisions!

I have been training at Max Strength Fitness for 1 1/2 years. Every trainer is knowledgeable, maximizes the training experience and individualizes the session for each person. I teased Jeff that I would give the program a year to improve my Osteoporosis diagnosis. He said that was up to me! Anyway, I am thrilled to report that my hip T-score is now in the normal range and my spine T-score went from the Osteoporosis range to Osteopenia. The improvement is amazing. I seldom use trainers, for I like to workout on my own and donβt like spending all those $$ on a workout. But this place is different. They have a different exercise routine that gets results and takes less time. It is based on science and used by professional athletes too. No matter your physical condition, the program works. You should check them out, I think they still give out a couple free sessions to try it out before you sign. Plus they have a lady there, Jennifer, who teaches about nutrition and eating. She really knows her stuff, itβs all based on people who lost weight and kept it off. She lost over 300 lbs and kept it off for years now. She knows the science of eating healthy. Itβs for real people eating real food, not some special food diet program. She doesnβt sell any food or supplements, she consults and educates.

Shelby & Marty did a great job of training. I worked out with them 2 times a week for 6 months and feel great. I can't hit the golf ball 20 to 30 yards farther but I am no longer sore after walking 18 holes.
I also have no pain after doing yard work.I hope it last.
By the way I'm an old man.
Hopefully I won't have to start over again in the fall.
