I found out about McCohn muscle last year and decided to give him a try. No regrets. He is about business, wants the best for his clients and plays no games. This is one of the best gyms I've been to and the trainers, Q and J, are knowledgeable, helpful and supportive! I haven't had a lot of experience with using weights and they were very understandable and tailored a plan for my goals and made sure I was doing things correctly. I was also held accountable and worked on my nutrition plan with them. Great place to go!

I have been training with Q(the trainer and the owner) for the past six weeks. Q has been an excellent fitness trainer, nutrition consultant, and motivator.
Over the past six weeks, I have gained stamina and have lost about 13 pounds. I feel great and confident. The gym itself is fully equipped and full of energy. The most important thing I like the most is that Q evaluated me before starting the training and tailored the workouts and diet based on the results.
If you are concerned about your physical fitness, he's the man to go! I strongly recommend McCohn Muscle training. Every minute and every dollar that I invest here is worth it!

I believe in the principles of this business. As a current client I donβt believe I get the quasi personalized training I expected. In fact, I find that some people will get much of the owner/trainer on sites time whereas newer and people who need more guidance are neglected and rely on other customers to understand what they should be doing.

I have been hesitant to hire a personal trainer as most have simply bombarded me with 8-10 system-generated text messages after expressing interest. As a business professional, I don't have time for that.
I was impressed by Quentin at the informational meeting, as it was educational. I realized then how little I know about my body and my health.Luckily, I am healthy, just not in shape, other than slightly round ;). I have little arm strength due to shoulder surgery a year ago.
Well, three weeks in (started with the 6 week program) and things are changing. I do follow the food plan and am working out 4 times a week with Quentin. He doesn't hesitate to make me work HARD; however he recognizes my limits and quickly makes changes to my weights. I am so glad that I made this choice in Quentin. He is kind and supportive but also holds me accountable. My core is stronger, my body is on its way to slimmer. All thanks to Quentin. His knowledge and support is so appreciated. I enjoy going to the gym and am proud of what I accomplish each visit.

The best trainer one can wish for . He knows his client strength and weaknesses. He does not give work outs with out a plan. He is best at what does, he is not just a trainer who tells do so and so and walk away, take any excuse you come up with NOPE π, he is a trainer who would not let you walk out until you done with all assigned sets, who would only consider valid reason and of course gives you alternative exercises π. He pushes me when I donβt believe in my strength. He is a guide, a true friend and awesome trainer. He is your guy if you have the will power to show up to gym ,if you can do that rest he will make it happen for you.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Have been training with Q since February this year. I have lost over 20 lbs and more exciting thing is that my body fat is back to the healthy range! What lead to these impressive outcomes are his systematic and scientific training program, and patient! Q is an awesome trainer! I have been working out with him for a little over a year now and I feel amazing! Since starting in January, I have lost 8% body fat and over 30 lbs while continuing to get much stronger. While I was super skeptical about joining a training program initially, I can for sure say that after experiencing the culture and environment that Q and Mo bring to their Gym, I have absolutely no plans of stopping! These guys push you every single day and help you hold yourself accountable in a safe way. One of my biggest concerns going into the gym was if I could even safely lift again due to 2 herniated (1 burst) disc in my lower lumbar and nerve damage in my right leg (injury from previous January). Starting back at the bottom of over a year of hardly any gym time, These guys made sure I was being safe, using proper form, and ultimately reinforcing my compromised spine. I am able to do things now which my neurosurgeon said would likely never happen again without surgery. These guys literally changed my life! If you put in the effort, you will absolutely see results, and for sure have fun along the way. Their custom workouts are always changing so you will never get bored-you will always be challenged!

I am so happy with my results so far - I'm down a few pounds, have muscles I haven't seen in a long time and I have more overall strength. I have never been able to be consistent with any kind of exercise but Q provides just the right amount of motivation to keep you coming back. The workouts are never the same but not so impossible that you get extremely sore and discouraged. I highly recommend.

I've know Quentin for years but just recently starting training with him. Less than a month in I'm 10 pounds down, my body fat has decreased 2% and I'm moving around much better when I hoop. Q is awesome! He is the perfect mix of tough and inspiring! His workouts are hard but he makes me believe I can do it, pushing myself a little further each time. I wouldn't call working out exciting but he has a way of making me look forward to seeing him and what we will be doing next. I've had a complete lifestyle change since meeting him. Great experience working out at MMT, Quentin and Brooke are very professional, easy going and will work with you to achieve your goals, they truly care and supports the clients. I signed up for the 21 day Slim down program, workouts were very INTENSE but the MMT team, Q and Brooke were there at every stage of the process pushing the team hard, nutritional plan was included with vast options and easy to follow. Daily emails from Q were really helpful with motivation and great advice to stay on track. Nevertheless in order to see results self-discipline is a MUST, the MMT team just provide great tools, knowledge, transparency and support. I lost about 10lbs during the program and couple inches on my waist in 3 weeks. I would definitely come back and train with the MMT team.

I have enjoyed my time with Quentin over the past 21 days. I am skeptical and was not sure I would see ANY results. I am also cheap with my money and wanted to see if the investment would be worth it. I have not used a trainer in many years but I must say Quentin was great to work with! The meal plan was easy to follow but took some getting used to. It is all about willpower and I had what was needed to get through the challenge!

Mr Quentin McCohn where do I start? I have some much to say about this mans training skills. First off let me express this 6 weeks has been amazing and exactly what I needed and was looking for. I quit my membership at my prior gym knowing that I needed to step it up after losing 33lbs pushing myself and finally hitting a plateau. I saw his website and thought I've never done a boot camp before so let me try something new. I've always been afraid of boot camps because I was extremely overweight and my endurance sucked. Up front I talked to Q about building my endurance up and trying to eliminate getting dizzy. He stepped up and delivered what he promised!! After 2 weeks of working with me and allowing me to get longer rest periods and laying flat after extraneous workouts & sprints, no more dizziness & my endurance is 110% improved. He's great with getting your lungs & cardiovascular system conditioned. I've had prior trainers who didn't listen to my concerns and pushed me too hard too fast and I've had injuries. Q listened but knew the balance of when to push me to go past limits I set for myself because he knew my potential. Thank you Q! Down 2lbs & 1.8% body fat, 1/2 inch off mid-section & toned abs, gained an inch on a firm butt from all the squatting, and oh my God amazing muscular toned arms & shoulders. If you want transformation no matter what kind you have in mind, Q can deliver. I'm continuing my training and my daughter now does 1 on 1 personal training with Quentin because I trust him that much.

Well as I enter into the last week of my 6-week transformation program, i need to give some thanks and recognition to our trainer, Quentin McCohn. I have trained before thru various different trainers and workouts. From power lifting to MMA fighting. All have accomplished different goals. But the last 6 weeks training with Quentin has been a truly good body altering experience. The workouts are intense, make your butt sweat, push you to your limits, and will transform your body in a good and positive way. I feel way better, have tons of more energy and endurance, can see a big difference in my body tone, have definition developing on my entire body, and the 6-pack abs are showing now. I initially lost about 13lbs, but i have gained about 5lbs back because my fat is being switched out for muscle. I will post my final stats at the end of my 6-week training. But i do owe this awesome transformation to McCohn muscle. He is a badass trainer and can change lives. So if you want to change ur body and need a big push to get your butt off the couch, i'd call Quentin McCohn and start you training today. He will push you and take no excuses along the way. Over the past year i have really enjoyed our morning conversations on meditation, politics, religion, habits, motivation, food, and a zillion other things. You seem to attract really good people and Iβve really enjoyed getting to know your other clients. I sorta feel like I have a home at Maxout Gym.
Thanks for finding just the right exercises to help my hip and back... and hamstrings... and shoulders... and neck. And thanks for helping me reach my fitness goals! and thanks for that extra added something that is you! You really make coming to the gym fun and that, of course, gets me coming back for more! I've been working out with Quentin for over 2 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. He is a great motivator and knows how to push his clients. He not only offers personal training but also offers boot camps where are a great way to get to know other people with a similar mind set. It's clear training is truly his passion.

Quentin is a wonderful personal trainer. I have watched him be supportive and motivating to his clients and witnessed great changes for many of them. He pushes you when you need pushed and gives endless encouragement. His boot camp at 6:00 am is awesome and leaves you worn out but feeling great!
