We are the Greater Dayton Area's first Lagree Fitness & Versa Climber Studio.
Our classes focus on strength building, resistance training, balance, coordination, recovery, mobility & cardio vascular health.
We teach: Lagree Fitness on the M3X, Pilates on the Fuse Ladder or TRX, Strength & Balance training on the Fuse Ladder, and Versa Climber classes.
We specialize in modes of fitness that are High-Intensity, but Low-Impact. We'll get your heart pumping and muscles shaking without wearing down your connective tissues & joints.

Cannot say enough about Mikel and her staff at Mega Corps!! The workouts are beyond what I had expected! Lagree is such a different workout from what I am used to and it is proving to be my new favorite!! Thank you Mikel for always learning and sharing your passion!! Can't wait to come back!!

Mega Corps Fitness has a wonderful program that utilizes Lagree, Pilates Suspension Method, Fuse Ladder, and Mobility. It is a wonderful place to go to if you want a high intensity workout that is low impact. Mega Corps Fitness also offers low impact cardio on the Versaclimber. The Versaclimber is great for elevating your fitness and endurance! I have gained so much strength, both mentally and physically, by being a member at Mega Corps Fitness.

This is is the best full body workout and has been a great complement to my existing exercise routine. I used to do pilates and this by far has challenged me so much more and I have seen such improvements in my strength and muscle tone that I never had with pilates classes. Mikel is an awesome ,dedicated instructor!

I have been trying to find a Lagree studio for the last year and I FINALLY found one at Mega Corp Fitness! I immediately jumped in because I knew of the benefits of Lagree. I first joined with the 2-week newbie pass and once that expired I knew I wanted to be a member of this studio. Not only do you get an excellent workout every single class, Mikel is an incredible instructor who has excelled in her craft and the passion she has for Lagree is palpable. I am so fortunate to have found Mikel, the studio and the community that goes along with it. Mega Corp Fitness is a gem in the Dayton and surrounding area and everyone should take a class to see it for themselves.

A close friend introduced me to MCF. I had no idea what I agreed to, so I decided to research the Lagree method prior to class. I watched a few videos of the workout, but how difficult could the workout actually be? There is no other workout like Lagree. I had the shakes so hard that I needed a new support bra. I decided to try another class; same experience, but this time I looked as if I had entered a wet t-shirt contest. I enjoyed challenging my stamina with each class, but that wasn’t the only reason I continued to come back. It’s the feeling of confidence and accomplishment. Classes are no walk in the park. Whether you are training for American Ninja Warrior or just want to wake up with less pain, Mikel and MCF can get you there. Mikel is a phenomenal instructor who puts a lot of care into her clients, ensuring they are executing moves safely and correctly for best results. It’s hard to find instructors who are invested in your fitness journey like her. MCF offers a friendly and safe environment for everyone. You won’t understand it until you try it for yourself. And if you integrate Lagree into your workout, you won't regret it.

I've been to a lot of gyms in the area trying to find a workout and a community that's just right for me. This is it. Here’s what I love about MegaCorps: the level of teaching is top notch. So much attention to good form makes you work harder, better and you leave stronger. The community is welcoming - it’s not about who can do more. You can laugh, cry and struggle together! Egos at the door. I love a good workout and this is one of the best.

If you’re tired of spending 30-45 min on a treadmill/elliptical for your cardio and anther 45 min to an hour doing weight lifting for your strength as your workout routine….. you’ve got to give Lagree fitness a try. Don’t underestimate what the Megaformer/Microformer can do for you. It’s a whole body workout in a 50 min session - you’ll leave with sweat at the end of the session. If you have injured or weight lifting just giving you more aches on your joints, this is for you too!!! If you live in Dayton Ohio, you’re in luck! Give it a try before you decide it’s not for you. I’ve been privately trained by the owner for over an year, the result is incredible. I’m more toned, my cardio improve dramatically, AND I have more energy than ever!! Hope to see you there!

This place is wonderful! Lagree and PSM are amazing workouts! Mikel, the owner, is phenomenal and always encouraging! She has helped me boost my confidence so much while I have been practicing PSM and Lagree! Not only has she boosted my confidence, she knows how to push me during my workouts.
