Michelle is amazing! She listened to my goals and helped me achieve them. I lost 31 pounds quick, kept it off, and toned! Did 4 introductory sessions and had a great time! Michelle is very knowledgeable in what she does, punctual, and goes far for client comfort. The gym itself is an open space and not overwhelming, lots of room for everyone to comfortably get their own sessions done. I did have a hard time finding it at first but Michelle called and made the process easy. The workouts are tailored and individualized to your own goals/needs, and she takes other life factors into consideration as well. Great for beginners if you’ve never had a trainer before and also for those who need someone to help keep them motivated! I would recommend 😊
