1-Star Review: Poor Communication and Unresponsive Service

I initially enrolled in several classes at this location, paying a total of $480. However, before any of the classes began, I made the decision to cancel a portion of my enrollment. I followed proper protocol by emailing the organization in advance to request changes to my registration.

Unfortunately, I never received any response—not even a confirmation that my message had been received. I made multiple attempts to follow up via both phone calls and additional emails, but was met with complete silence.

Due to the lack of any communication or resolution, I have now had to escalate the situation by contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback for the full amount.

If this experience is any indication of their customer service and professionalism, I would strongly reconsider enrolling in any of their programs. Communication is key—especially in the education and service industry—and in this case, it was entirely absent.

Until they improve how they handle customer concerns, I cannot recommend this place.

They do not deliver what you pay for! Bottom line it’s about the money not the kids. Be careful, everyone is a national player if you can pay for it.

This is the best volleyball facility around, by far. There is plenty of parking, wide open play area to watch all matches. Plenty of seating, work areas with outlets and charging stations. They have vending machines with lots of varieties of drinks. There’s a concession stand that has lots of food. This is the premiere facility around.
