Our mission is simple, To help you live a better life, help keep you injury free in the gym, at home and at play, and make every team training experience a positive one.
Our programming includes strength work, hypertrophy, muscular endurance, mobility and conditioning. We have more toys in our tool box than just about any other fitness facility in town, always a new challenge and it never gets boring. Whether your goals are simply general fitness, improving overall health, getting in the best shape of your life, weight loss or just looking and feeling better, we can help you facilitate your goals. We offer on boarding for beginners for as long as it takes to get you Team ready.

You will never find a more positive, supportive group of people with a trainer who can actually back up all of his workouts with an immense knowledge base. Mark isn't just a trainer- he eats, sleeps, and breaths health and fitness. I have never found someone who can explain how every part of his workout is shaping your body inside and out (most are just in it for the paycheck, he's in it for the passion of changing lives).
Truly a functional fitness program paired with the best group of individuals you'll ever find as partners. There's a reason why all of his clients have been around forever and will never leave. You'll never feel and look better!

MM Team Fitness provides a high-quality, cost-effective physical fitness program for everyone from beginners to high-level athletes. The program is research-based and well designed to improve your whole-body strength and coordination. The workouts are very challenging but can be modified for people of all ages. Membership includes nutrition programming which is important. Mark knows his business but is willing to refer clients to other high-quality professionals when appropriate. I highly recommend MM Team Fitness.

Practical, professional, and functional fitness programming that will take you to ANY fitness destination. Three one hour group sessions a week and a sensible diet...no fasting, hour long cardio sessions, high cost miracle supplements, or other needless time-wasting BS. THE REAL DEAL. I have been working out with Mark for a little over 2 years. The workouts are constantly varied, with focus on power, strength and/or mobility each day. My husband and I see Mark's program as a version of "health insurance" that we can't go without-- we are still young (late 30's) and want to attain and maintain a high level of fitness for many years to come. With Mark's help-- this is a very reasonable and attainable goal!

Group training with Mark and his team is among the best values you can find in a gym and/or training program. The routines are creatively varied and supervised which helps avoid or aggravate any physical issues. A new person can get up to speed pretty quickly and more experienced folks can notch up the intensity to suit their needs. It's a fun, productive, beneficial experience.

I have trained with MM Team fitness for over 10 years. Mark had the background and expertise I was looking for in a trainer when I was diagnosed with diabetes.
