I joined MoMuscle a few weeks ago and I’m already so glad I did! Mo has a great way of pushing you just enough to get results while still keeping things motivating. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the community environment makes it easy to stay consistent. Everyone is supportive, and you really feel like part of a team. I found Mo and Brie based on a Google search, and signed after my first meeting with Mo. Both Mo and Brie listened to my goals, as well as my concerns in meeting them and made me feel at ease with starting the process. The immediate acceptance I felt as part of their community made me feel comfortable, and the other members add so much fun and energy to all my training sessions. They go above and beyond to encourage everyone and ensure that you are successful in achieving your highest potential. The location in Worthington has become my favorite place to work out - but really its the people there that make it! I would suggest Mo Muscle to anyone looking for a place to get strong, healthy and have a great time in the process!

I had a wonderful experience training with Brie and Mo! I was really impressed with their flexible schedules and the convenience of having two different training locations. The Westerville location is especially great — the large garage doors they open add an awesome touch! They helped me get back on track and achieve some of my goals this summer. I’ve been seeing things on here people looking for trainers so I want to share my experience!
I train at Mo Muscle in Hilliard working with Mo and Brieanna Miller! I started this journey 2 years ago, I have gained to much self confidence in myself.
Before I started lifting I was on many meds for rheumatoid arthritis and was a type 2 diabetic. Working close with my Dr’s and my trainers, I have been able to come off my meds.
Brie has educated me in the gym and at home and learning how to fuel my body appropriately for weight loss; helping me with my nutrition.
Mo Muscle is a private gym that also does all women’s only training, the gym can be an intimidating place when you’re starting out but being able to have train with only other women at certain times was a huge benefit for me.
The community they have created is so encouraging and you’re fueled by each other’s energy.
It’s great to see the bond and friendships I’ve made through a gym.

I would heavily recommend signing up with Mo Muscle, it will change your life! It is a wonderful opportunity to meet people as well, everyone is super friendly!
The facility is accessible and spacious with every piece of equipment that you are looking for. Not to mention, it is clean and well ventilated with both indoor, outdoor, and private sections. I have been the biggest Mo Muscle fan ever since I started!

I've been working out with Mo since November 2024. I love how Mo listens to what your goals are and pushes you to reach them. Since working out with him my muscle mass that was stuck at 70 is now over 81. I also had severe back pain when I first started and my back pain is almost gone from building stronger back, leg and core muscles as well as my hips. He is very motivating and pushes you to reach your goals.

If you’re on the fence about getting a personal trainer look no further than Mo and Brie at Mo Muscle. They truly know what they’re doing and are very knowledgeable .The workout plans are challenging but super efficient and they definitely work with any kind of needs you have. I worked with Moe for 4 months. He is an amazing personal trainer and knows what he is doing. I wish my schedule was more flexible but he will work around it. Also you will work with Brie at times , another trainer who works with Moe and she is amazing and also my fav. You get a diet plan tailored to you. I am hoping to work again with him in the future and due to my schedule taking a pause. You’ll be surprised most of his clients has been working with him for years and not just short term. The price is resonable. The training facility is great and personally one of the best in town.

Going from being a high school and college athlete, physical fitness and being in shape was always the top priority. After graduating college, and not having that structure everyday, not only did my physical fitness plummet, but so did my mental health. I hated the way I looked and how I felt about myself. But finding Mo and Brie at Self Made truly changed my perspective on how I viewed myself and my mindset of what ‘being in shape’ meant to me. Being strong mentally and physically has made me a better person. Mo will push you to your limit without breaking you. Brie is the biggest cheerleader while making sure you won’t give up. Whether you’re working out to look and feel good, or training for a specific thing, Mo and Brie will take their time in creating workouts that will not only benefit you, but whatever it is you’re working towards.

I started working out with Mo Muscle 5 months ago and it has surpassed all of my expectations. I was a chronic orangetheory class cancel queen and I knew I needed more accountability in my fitness journey. Getting back into the gym and working with a personal training was initially very intimidating to me, until I met Mo and Brie. They were incredibly kind, understanding and met me at my fitness level without making me feel overwhelmed. Consistently training 3 times a week for the last 5 months has done so much to improve my physical and mental health. Being overweight is hard, and losing weight is hard. It took me a long time to figure out which “hard” I wanted to deal with. I finally grew tired of worrying about fitting in an airplane seat, possibly squishing the stranger next to me. Going on trips with friends and not being able to keep up. Trying to conceal all the junk food in my cart in case I saw someone I know.
I have had trainers before and just went through the motions. I decided to give Mo and Brie a try. This time is different. They support me in and outside the gym. I have lost inches in the gym, but I have gained so much knowledge.
When I didn’t think I could do it, Mo and Brie saw what I failed to see. Today, my outlook on the gym has changed so much. I love going and haven’t missed a day since starting in July.
I have my life back!! I can touch my toes, I can walk without being winded. I no longer need the plus size section! I have a gym family that genuinely cares about me.
I was overweight my entire life I was eating my way through life. I now eat to fuel my body. Those leg days will take it out of you! This journey hasn’t been easy, but I have reaped so many benefits from all the hard work.
I have so many fitness goals and have fallen in love with the person I have become. To finally experience self love is a feeling like no other. I become emotional talking about it. I urge anyone to try, just give it a month. Don’t look back and say “I wish.”

I’ve been working out with Mo Muscle for a little over 6 months and I couldn’t give them enough high praise. Prior to covid shutting down the gyms I was a powerlifter for two years so I do have a decent foundational knowledge of lifting. When I decided to get back into lifting I needed somebody who would work with my existing knowledge, build back my strength I had lost, and also tailor some of my workouts due to a recent ankle injury I endured at work. Since covid, my confidence plummeted, I had gained a lot of weight, my muscle mass deteriorated, and I was at a loss. Then I found Mo Muscle. He works with my ankle injury, I get an incredible workout every single time, and he listens to my goals. It is very obvious both Brie and Him are there to support me and help me reach my goals. The workouts are challenging but effective and I feel incredible afterwards. In the past 6 months, I feel stronger, my confidence has gone up, and I’m starting to fit into clothes better again. The other thing I truly appreciate about the team Mo has built at Mo Muscle is the vast knowledge both Mo and Brie have. They both breach quality form and help every single person perform at their max potential regardless of the clients previous experience in the gym. Both Mo and Brie continue to expand their knowledge so they can be the best trainers to their clients. Training with Mo Muscle is not just a way to help hold yourself accountable, it is a way to dive into a lifestyle change and learn the fundamentals of lifting within a community. I have found friends, confidence, and motivators all while gaining muscle and losing fat.

I started at Mo Muscle September of 2023. I had watched my daughter’s journey with Mo. I wanted to become healthier and stronger. I was looking for ways to improve my health, so I decided to give it a try. I’m so excited that I did. Walking through the doors was the hardest part. After I accomplished that everything else started to happen.
It’s a place where I can go work out and not feel intimidated by others. It’s a small group atmosphere that allows more one on one with Mo. The gym is very welcoming and clean.
I was also looking for someone that would come along side of me to help with encouragement and support on this journey and to help with my self confidence. I have always lacked in that area. He’s also teaching me to listen to my body and to fuel my body for my workouts. The changes that I have been seeing are so exciting for me. I’m sleeping better and also been able to of some meds. It’s just an overall great feeling and it shows everyday! There are little changes you begin to see daily.
I have also met other people that are so supportive and building friendships as well. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community of people all working to become the best version of themselves. I look forward to my workouts everyday! and each day I walk out that door I am another day closer to my goals. Give it try it’s the best thing you can do for yourself.

I’ve been working out with Mo for just over 3 months, and have been loving it. I’ve never been able to get myself into working out consistently; but now I look forward to my gym sessions, and have even gone to the gym every Saturday morning for the last month and a half.
Mo is great making sure you know what you’re doing and learn the form of each lift, and then balancing out when to start increasing your weight on lifts. I’ve visibly gained muscle in just this short time, and even trimmed some fat already.
The people I work out with everyday are great as well, making it even more fun.

I have been training with Mo for a few years now and it’s been wonderful. I went from a scrawny kid to a bodybuilding size under his guidance. Currently I can bench 315 lbs, squat 405 lbs and deadlift 495 lbs as my PRs.
I truly believe if you don’t hate your trainer just a little bit, your trainer is most likely mediocre. Mo will push your physicals goals beyond what you can imagine. He only does this because he believes in all of us. And for that, I believe in him.

Mo is a great trainer. He is easy and comfortable to communicate with, always offering catered responses to your individual concerns and personal goals. I started training with mo roughly 6 weeks ago . During this time Mo has shown me an Immense amount of knowledge for his craft . He focuses on form for new and experienced lifters to help you reach your max safely and effectively! I feel stronger after every session!!! With the help of Mo’s personalized meal plan I’ve been able to lose body fat, build muscle and still be able to enjoy an occasional night out :) You never have to worry about Mo not showing up for you or being late, which is also very important when you’re on a journey of building a better and healthier lifestyle.
