Mike offers a great program. Very flexible. We started with individual sessions and moved into group sessions when it made sense for both our schedule and budget. And we saw the results we wanted to see - increased strength and endurance. Mike customized a plan that fit both our goals and experience level. He takes the time to measure performance across time so we could see our incremental improvements and where we needed more focus. We’ve been very pleased.

I started training with Mike three months ago. I toured a handful of other gyms and am so happy that I held out for Mike’s gym! It’s exactly what I needed! I am loving working out again, I’m totally motivated, and I’m seeing results. Mike is soooo dialed in with all of his clients. He is a master at his craft! The gym is clean and orderly. Mike is always there to give me the extra push. Highly recommend!! Worth every penny!

The business is so well named! As you do the workouts, you see results and they motivate you to keep going and to improve in other areas as well! I have gained muscle and strength, improved in tennis and lost a few pounds as well! Mike’s training includes strength training, flexibility, aerobic work and nutrition!

Started about a year ago. Set goals and milestones and have reached everyone of them so far. Mike is consistent, always works with the needs of his clients, and is always prioritizing the unique needs of each individual even in a group setting. Now im down 50 lbs and still going. This is such a great environment to work out in if you are looking for a safe space to exercise and grow in. I started with one on ones to become more active and then began attending the Summit training group classes, and both were great. In the past, I’ve tried other training groups or classes and this is the best one yet. The people are so supportive and welcoming, as well as the trainer and owner Mike. Mike is a great leader and motivator! He makes everyone feel seen and valued as a client. I highly recommend Motivate Me Mike for anyone looking to get active or just need some motivation and encouragement to keep going!

Love it! Mike is great! Been a member for 7 months now and the transformation my body had made is awesome!! I started with 1 on 1 training and Moga class and now in to Summit Strength class. I’m more flexible, balanced and stronger! Mike has taught me so much and he can certainly motivate anyone! Other members are so welcoming! Never felt out of place! Immediately made me feel welcome! Mike is damn good trainer, motivator, and wellness coach. I have taken both his personal training class (1 on 1) and his group "summit strength" class over 2 years time and both are top notch. In both classes he caters the workouts to your abilities and strength. He eases you in so you are not in pain on day 1 and tracks your progress meticulously every time you move a muscle.

My favorite thing about Mike is his energy and his ability to cater to everyone individually. No matter how bad my day is I know that whenever I walk into his gym he's going to get me pumped up and ready to work my butt off. He's a great trainer and even better person and I would HIGHLY recommend him for people of all ages and sizes.

I started personal training with Mike twice a week about a year ago, and then moved to his Summit Group classes about 6 months ago. I also do one on one wellness training with him.

I have never felt better! Mike has helped me become stronger, more flexible, and overall healthier over the past year. He is like your own personal hype-man. I have many health issues that make it difficult for me to lose weight. I had even worked with a trainer somewhere else previously and didn’t see results.
Mike took the time to learn about me and my goals, and even took time on his own to research my conditions to know how to best help me. He has had to modify the workouts to suit my health needs, and he did so happily..really wanting me to get results. He has the right balance of holding you accountable without making you feel discouraged or defeated if you fall off the wagon. I've worked out with Motivate Me Mike for 3 years now. Within the first year I gained 10lbs of muscle, became more flexible, and became stronger everywhere. I still can't believe how different I look. This pic is just the change that happened in the first year too.

Mike got me these results while working around my shoulder, knee, foot, and back injuries, modifying workouts to keep me moving toward my fitness goals. It's just a great place to train, its got a great atmosphere, Mike is a great trainer, and he truly cares about his clients. Would highly recommend.

I would encourage anyone to reach out to Mike and his trainers to help meet their fitness goals. I sought personal training for the first time after battling with a shoulder injury. There was some indication that weakness in my back and shoulders was causing unusual muscle strain in certain areas, so it wasn't getting better, and I wanted to put that theory to the test by building those muscles in a safe way. After a consultation with Mike, who focuses primarily on functional fitness, I was in. He was able to tailor a routine for my needs, and after a month or so, the pain was almost completely gone. When necessary, he modified exercises to help not overexert certain muscles, which allowed a very gradual build to where I am now. I can still feel that there was damage to the shoulder, but I can't even describe how much more functional and capable I feel. I've since moved into the group classes, and thoroughly enjoy them. It has become a highlight of the week. I'm grateful that I not only found a solution to my issues, but a great trainer, and all around friendly, fun guy, that opened the door to a new enjoyment of exercise. Shoulder healed, but I'm not stopping!

My daughters and I have been working with Mike for about a year. He takes the time to come up with fun workouts that all of us can do according to our abilities.
I have had partial knee replacements in both knees and have back issues. Mike modifies the exercises so I still get the benefits without pain and/or injury.
My girls have lost weight and gained strength. I am gaining momentum in that direction as well.
Many trainers look at their clients as just that clients. I feel Mike really cares about us and our well being. We are more than just business to him. He wants to see us succeed and climb our mountain!

I've been training with Mike for 7 weeks now, and I've already noticed changes all over my body. My arms have more definition, my butt legit feels and looks higher, my stomach has started toning up, my neck and collar bone seriously look so good, that I feel like it makes me look like a new woman. :) I've been getting more looks and compliments than I have in over 2 years. He's really making me want to be better and do better. I look forward to our workouts all the time, and after he trains me, I'm always sweating, exhausted, and left feeling amazing...and somehow happier, I don't know..like the stress of my day or week has been lifted. And, each day after, I can really feel the workout, and like every area we hit...and I LOVE IT. Seriously, nothing makes me happier than literally feeling my body change, even days after. :D I've done tons of different workouts and gym routines in the past, but have NEVER felt this much change actually happen to me. I still have a long way to go, to reach my goals, but for the first time in forever, I feel like I will get there.
