Motive Fitness Community is a small group training studio located in the Akron/Springfield area. Each session is maxed out at 10 people and led by a fitness coach to ensure safety and to motivate each individual for a great fitness experience. Motive is more than just a gym, it truly is a fitness community.

I started working out here under a month ago and really love it. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The other members have also been inspiring and friendly to me right away. I highly suggest checking out their classes. There was a starter pack price option to try it out the gym and feel it out which was really great also. I highly suggest trying it out.

I went to Motive Fitness for about 5 months and absolutely loved it. Ashley and Josh are great people and awesome trainers who treat all their clients like family. During my time there, I never felt a moment of confusion, and when I didnβt quite get the posture of a certain set, Ashley or Josh were right there to help. During my 5 months there combined with a change in diet, Iβve lost over 22lbs and have my strength back. I give Motive 80% of the credit for it! I was very sad to move out of a decent commute distance from Motive, but may make my way back in the summertime! Miss all the Maniacs already!

Motive Fitness is absolutely incredible!!! I am a person that has great discipline and wants to work out, but I've always struggled with creating work out plans and keeping things fresh and interesting. Well those days are over! I started up at Motive Fitness about 2 months back and I absolutely love it. Josh, Jess, and Ashley are amazing coaches and the 30 minute classes are exactly what I needed to get my workouts in during the early mornings from 6am - 630am before my work day starts. Feels so good getting my heart pumping earlier in the day and I know it has had such a powerful impact on my energy levels during the day. Not only are the coaches and classes great, but the community is the best part about this place. Being with people that are on a similar health journey as you that can cheer you on is what we all need. If you haven't checked out Motive Fitness...I would encourage you to pop in and see what it's all about. I stared at the sign for 2 years wondering what this place was. Don't do that! Take my advice and just start. You won't regret it!

Motive is the place Iβve felt the most comfortable working out. Josh and Ashley do a great job pushing people while staying within your physical limitations. I highly recommend Motive to anyone who wants to get in shape.

I love this place! The workouts are awesome, no matter your fitness level!
The owners and trainers give personal attention if needed. They are helping me get stronger and healthier after an accident. Building confidence and getting fit. A workout at this gym makes everyday better. It truly is a community of great humans helping everyone get a better fit life!

I feel like MFC is the perfect name. The people there are like a community who motivate each other to push ourselves to be better, stronger. The gym is incredibly clean and has limited amount of people for each session. Plus there is a range of sessions that they offer. After many years of personal training and going to big gyms, MFC was actually the place I was able to start seeing my fitness progress and I truly believe itβs because of the people there; their positive mentality and their fitness approach is getting me to where I want to be health wise. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking!
