It is an aesthetically pleasing studio. Temperature for the βslow flowβ yoga class was maybe in the mid 80s. The teacher Seema set an excellent tone, her verbal instructions were easy to follow, her sequences flowed naturally, and she provided helpful points of emphasis to improve poses. I began to sweat pretty heavily around half way through. My body and mind feels great after participating in the hour long class - well worth the going $16 rate per class!

This place is amazing! I did the power hour core focused class with Gina as my first ever yoga class. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and so kind. I also have done the $5 Power Hour with Lindsay and she was amazing as well!

This is an incredible yoga studio. First. The instructors are amazing. Iβve taken yoga classes at a lot of studios in various cities across the country and can honestly say Mina is one of the most informed and inspirational teachers youβll find anywhere. Second, thereβs a great sense of community at this studio which you donβt find everywhere.

Since moving here in 2016, Move Your Hyde has consistently been the most welcoming practice space. The owner Missy is even-keeled and grounded, capable of holding space for the community she's fostered and continues to nourish. Chill vibe, clean studio, kind people.

Excellent classes with a high level of consistency between instructors. The classes tend to move quickly and focus heavily on strength and balance. Always a good workout. There are options for beginners such as the slower candlelight yoga flow.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the studio tends to be smelly. They could definitely air out the studio better between classes - I was bowled over by the smell of BO when I entered the lobby last week. I guess the instructors are used to the smell at this point? Confusing because it's a very nice studio in all other aspects.

Had a great time here when I was visiting cinci about 2 weeks ago! Jessica was an awesome teacher and so sweet! Only one suggestion- I was visiting/ moving things down here for the weekend at that time. I had asked if I could buy a one time pass so I could use my $15 week when I'd actually moved here and was unable to do that. I know other places that do offer that and think it's great! Regardless, I'll be back tonight now that I'm here for good! :)

I started practicing yoga here in August of 2012, initially I enjoyed yoga because of the workout it provided, and that relaxed, overall satisfying feeling that comes after a good yoga session!
Even though I did not know anything past the basics when I started, the environment provided by Missy (the owner) and all of the instructors (and fellow yogis!) was one that helped me feel comfortable to go at my pace. While there is an emphasis to focus on where one is at in his or her individual practice, the instructors have a respectful, encouraging manner in which they help challenge, and aid students to grow in areas which may have seemed impossible to achieve at one point (I never thought I would do inversions of any type, now I find them to be one of my favorite parts of class!). This studio is the epitome of a class act; warm, friendly, fair pricing, multiple class times offered everyday, and flexible instructors to help students at any place in his or her practice.
Highly recommend Move Your Hyde to anyone in the Cincinnati area!

After being invited by friends who had nothing but praise for this studio, I decided to take the plunge and take my first yoga class...ever. Naturally, I was nervous, but quickly discovered there was no need to be. I've been practicing yoga at this studio consistently now for the past two months and have fallen in love with the practice, and the studio. I have grown and improved in my practice considerably in such a short time; I have gained strength, power, flexibility, and balance-both physically and mentally. The owner of the studio, along with many of the other teachers, will know your name after several sessions. The teachers do a combination of verbal and hands-on corrections. They challenge you, but ultimately you decide how you will grow and improve. Like the owner of the studio says, they make yoga accessible. I highly recommend this studio to those new to the practice of yoga!
