I have been working out at MPT boot camp for a couple months now & I truly love it, best decision I could have made. It’s a great 30 min workout that pushes you to your limit. Cortney is professional, understanding and truly wants to see his clients better themselves. I started here on a journey for life change and that’s exactly what Cortni is helping me do. He has an awesome program and meal plan designed to help you become the healthiest version of yourself you can be. I can’t wait to see where my journey with boot camp continues to takes me. If you are looking for a workout place that truly cares about you, the atmosphere is great & you get a killer workout 3x a week for 30 mins (different workout each time) check out MPT.

I have been working out here since last April. I have completely changed my body and have learned the right way to eat to lose weight. The owner Cortney and his team of trainers are absolutely wonderful. I don’t miss a day unless I am out of town and I always do it the special boot camps. I can’t say enough about this awesome place!!

This place is great to help you learn how to be healthy. The coaches are kind and supportive. They help you learn how to do things the right way. That being said...it is very expensive. Wish I could have afforded to stay.

This is an excellent place to get started with a new regimen or to improve upon your current state. The workouts are easy to learn, high intensity, and stamina building moves that will leave you feeling pumped for hours afterwards. On November 20th 2017, i had surgery on my should and bicept due to a tear. During my recover and therapy i was feeling weak and usless. My previous few years of smoking didn't help. I was on the fence about starting to workout again. A few day prior to the new year, I came across MPT Fitness Bootcamp. As i was unaware of the type of workout it was, i decided to sign up for a free consultation.

Needless to say. I jumped on it. I quit my horrible daily smoking habit of 4-5 black and milds (wine flavor) and started my 6 week challenge January 2nd 2018. My goal was set! I had to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks.

My first weigh in was a huge surprise. 206 pounds. I was already disgusted with myself off the get go, but I was so SICK and TIRED of being SICK and TIRED that I knew at that moment nothing was going to get in my way of meeting my goal.

MPT guided me with an amazing meal plan and inspiration to meet my goal. They were very communicative and understanding of my limitations due to my recent surgery.

The workouts were intense and always different. I alway frowned upon repetitive workouts, so this was great. I was able to modify certain workouts that I was unable to do because of my shoulder and bicept, which enabled me to keep up with the other members.

So in conclusion. My six weeks of life changing eating habits and workouts have helped me succeed my weight loss goal. I now weigh 179 pounds. I feel better, look better and im never looking back, only forward toward new goals health and life goals.

My personal inspirations........My two year old daughter and my April new born son. I never would have met my goals without support, not only from MPT Team, but friends and family. Everyones "You can do it" attitudes was a large help during this. Most important, I want to tank my loving wife for all of her love and support. She is my biggest inspiration. I love you!

I hope everyone believes that it doesnt matter what your handicap is; wieght, age, injury, etc. You can do anything you put your mind to. It wont be easy and it may cause you temporary pain, but if you push yourself you can reach any goals you set out for!

I joined during the advertised "Free" challenge. During this time you are asked to deposit $500, which will be refunded at the end of 6 weeks. What wasn't clear was you had to lose 25lbs or you do not get your refund. So the "free" program cost me $500 in 6 weeks. I could have done the monthly membership cheaper, but was not given this information. I have talked to others, who also felt as if this information was unclear. Now that being said, it is a nice facility, nice staff and I did enjoy the time I spent there. I just couldn't afford that much money to remain.

I participated in the MPT Fitness Bootcamp 6 week challenge. Goal was to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat in that time. Cortney Cline gives you all the tools to do this, from meal planning to The workouts. The work outs go quick and are not boring, the challenge foods gets a little so, so after awhile. You are not in your typical akward gym setting, people there are your everyday people. It was a great time and had a lot of fun (except leg day).
I would highly recommend anyone that is thinking about doing the challenge, DO IT!

I didn't think I would make it through but I did, the pictures don't lie. Down 21.4 lbs and 4% body fat. So close, but what you walk away with is priceless.Believe and you will Acheive. #MPTFBC #Down21Pounds #Next
