I have always loved fitness but the last 6 months have been a huge struggle for me trying to find something of a class setting that aligns with my goals. After deciding to join Muscle Lab with Rodney and Jen I’m loving Fittness again and I’m so excited and look forward to every class I get to attend! This is the best gym with the best trainers. I am so happy I joined. They focus on form and encourage you to push yourself. I have learned that I can do more than what I thought. I’ve been working with Rodney since 2023 first, started with just his meal plan which I think is helpful if you are struggling to find ways to eat better. Then, I decided to join his small group women’s class and I have loved it! I lost 55 pounds from joining his team. He is so inspiring and really shows that he cares and wants you to succeed! He works with you with your form, motivating you and encouraging you to always do better. Even my daughter who is six years old loves to come workout with me! Overall, I have enjoyed working with him and if you are looking for a trainer, i definitely advise to go to Rodney and his team!

Rodney is an amazing trainer! Patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to everything fitness and nutrition related. He tailors each workout to meet you where you are, while still pushing you to become better. This past year I have been dealing with multiple injuries and Rodney has been incredibly patient and supportive. He provided specific workouts to strengthen the areas around my injuries without aggravating them and he always helps me modify exercises my body isn’t quite ready for. I’ve learned so much, and I’m much stronger now than I was four years ago when I first started. I highly recommend Muscle Lab Personal Training!! GREAT ATMOSPHERE!!! Amazing one on one training! Not only is he training me he has trained my teenagers as well which was amazing preparing them for football. After a couple of years away, I’m back to working out with Rodney—and I’m so glad I am. His class setting is the perfect mix of structure and personal attention. He’s intentional about helping us move well and safely, and he tailors movements to meet you where you are. What stands out most is how well he understands what motivates you personally.
