Courtney is an amazing Nutritionist! She helped me dial in my macros and calories helping me lose 4% body fat while gaining muscle over the past five months. Courtney is the best nutritionist I’ve ever worked with! She gave me all the tools I needed, & held me accountable! She was also my biggest cheerleader!

It’s such a peaceful feeling to work with someone & know for certain that they are not judging you & legitimately want to see you succeed.

I became excited as I watched the inches melt away every monthly check in! Within 6 months, I met my first “small” goal 25lbs and a little over 30 inches! And still dropping!

Musclecamp Crossfit is a great place to workout and improve your health! CrossFit can seem intimidating or scary, but Rick and the other coaches provide a safe environment that teaches the fundamentals. Everyone who works out there makes it a fun place to workout and is very encouraging! I highly recommend this gym!

I want to add to my review with some new thoughts on their nutrition program. Nutrition has been the biggest battle for me in my fitness journey. With their nutrition program, Rick and Courtney helped me develop some habits that have completely changed my thoughts on nutrition. They don’t restrict foods, they help you realize you can enjoy foods we normally restrict in a healthy manner with smaller portions, but also doing other things like 1/2 a plate of veggies. I used to get nervous about going on social outings because I used to overeat. By following the plate method, I was able to enjoy my food and leave not feeling bloated. The accountability from Rick and Courtney, along with others doing the program made it worth it because we could share recipes, meal prep tips. If you’re looking for help on building good nutrition habits, definitely check out Musclecamp CrossFit!

Adding to my review about Courtney’s coaching!

Courtney explained the movements and the wod thoroughly and made sure we all had correct form! During the workout she made sure we did as well and was encouraging throughout!

Another addition to the review!

Rick had us warmup in a good amount of time before we did some skill work. I really like the pull up progression he led us through. He explained the two lifts in the workout very well and made sure we were warmed up enough by progressing in weight before we started the workout. A great Saturday workout!

Musclecamp CrossFit is the only gym I will ever go to! It is so much like a family and the encouragement from everyone is wonderful. I stick with the CrossFit Lite workouts and they are modified to give me success. We have a huge range of skill levels and Musclecamp can address all those skill levels in the same workout. I don't work out at this gym as I live too far away. My review will be for the nutrition program they offer. I recently participated in their
Kick Start for more in 24. The main reason I signed up for the program is I struggle cooking healthy meals. I just didn't know how to put together a healthy meal. The program taught how to use the plate method for meals which turns out to be very simple. Also meal prepping is a must for making dinner easier during the week. I previously tried the intermittent fasting diet which after the fasting period I wanted to eat everything in sight. Since participating in the program I do feel much better and have more energy. I would say to anyone considering coaching with Muscle Camp nutrition to go for it. You won't regret it.

Your fitness level does not matter because the coaches will meet you where you are! Your mindset will change. Your endurance will increase. Emily is sweet and kind. She will take all the time needed to ensure you are performing all the exercises correctly. Brad will never let you quit. I joined Musclecamp CrossFit 10 years ago after seeing physical changes in a friend of mine who was a member. I walked through the door and have never looked back. I was approaching my 50th birthday and I wanted to be in the best shape. Musclecamp is a family environment. The support and guidance I receive is beneficial not only in the gym but in my daily life. I am a recent member of Musclecamp CrossFit. I was hesitant at first because I always felt it would be too hard or I would get hurt. I was so wrong!! The two best things about Musclecamp CrossFit is the workouts are tailored to my ability and the wonderful encouragement from the coaches and other members. It is truly a second family that care about you and your success. I have felt so welcomed and feel I have a “personal” trainer on my side helping me along the way and teaching me. The nutrition counseling has been fantastic! It is not a diet but a lifestyle change that gets you thinking about easy ways to get the nutrition your body needs. I am almost 64 and 9 1/2 years ago I started Cross Fit a couple of months after, and at the urging of my husband. I fell in love with it instantly even though I was so out of shape I almost always could not finish the workouts. My life has changed drastically since then. I had Relapsing Remitting MS at that time and it morphed (which I always knew was possible) into Primary Progressive MS.
My Crossfit workouts have always been modified for (anyone's) my workouts. Now nutritional coaching has been added, complete with recipes and accountability. Different from any eating protocol I have ever been part of, and there have been many.
I have taken advantage of Emily's nutritional coaching and set my life on a forward path no matter what happens with life and my MS, I have a fitness and nutrition plan in place. There are many things in my life I would give up before these.

I’ve gone to musclecamp for years. Between having 2 kids and the pandemic, I had taken time off from going to the gym and built a home gym to keep me active. Throughout that time, I had support from gym members that helped encourage me to keep going. I’ve been back at the gym in a limited capacity over the past few months and was welcomed back with open arms. In short, the community at musclecamp is second to none. Rick recently dove head first into offering nutrition coaching and brought Emily, who’s a ROCKSTAR and a coach at musclecamp, in to help implement and lead the charge. The approach, guided by HSN, is simple- you eat Whole Foods that fill your plate following the plate method. For anyone that feels intimidated by food tracking, this is perfect! I encourage anyone to take the first step by attending a class or reaching out to get some help with nutrition- you won’t regret it!

17 months ago I was hospitalized for 10 days from severe side effects of Covid. There was a point when others and myself thought I would never walk out on my own. The tremendous support from my family,friends and this gym I did just that. I have been with this gym for over 10 years and I credit my survival to this gym. Had I not been at the level of fitness I was I truly don’t think I would have made it. I’m 52 back with my gym family and almost to the fitness level I was precovid. Thank you Musclecamp

Musclecamp is a great gym that has an abundance of equipment, and very friendly CrossFit trainers. It is also very affordable. Gyms with this type of friendly environment, comfortable atmosphere, and a local small-town vibe are few & far between. Very great full to have this wonderful facility close to home.
