I came to My FitLife about 6 months ago and it has been a game changer in my life. I tried multiple gyms before coming to My FitLife however, I typically felt intimidated or anxious when I went to the gym as I wasn’t familiar with the proper lifting/training techniques and knowledge. From the very first day I felt supported by my trainer, Bryce, and felt honestly welcomed by everyone. Bryce works with my schedule to make sure I am able to get a couple sessions in each week and you are provided a door code for 24/7 access if you want to workout/cardio any other days as well. I never thought I would be someone who would look forward to going to the gym but Bryce and everyone at My FitLife have changed my mindset and attitude and I genuinely look forward to going to each session. If you are looking for a place that will help you achieve your fitness goals with a great environment, I highly recommend My FitLife!

I love coming to my fit life. Before I started coming here I was really struggling to go to the gym and I had no motivation. I tired many things and nothing was working. My fit life has changed my life and my perspective toward working out. I now am excited to go to the gym. Bryce is my trainer and he is wonderful, he has helped me so much. I even encouraged my boyfriend to start coming. My trainer has also met my four year old daughter and we all love him! Byrce has become part of our family. My fit life has been such a blessing for our family!

I have tired other exercise classes, but they didn’t benefit me as much as My FitLife. I like the one-on-one training that is personalized just for me. In less that a year I’m stronger, thinner and generally feel better.

Huge shot out to this gym. I’ve been using the Hartville location for almost a year. Brent is my trainer and always fits me in, even on short notice. When I can’t make any of his times, he writes me out a workout and is almost always still there to answer my questions.
I definitely say try these gyms out. Are they cheap, no, but they are worth it. You are getting top notch training for your money. Brent is always available to workout with, write me an extra workout and, fit me into the schedule. The gym is a great size even when you are working out without a trainer. Access at the Hartville location is 24/7. I can workout without Brent on other days during the week. You will not be disappointed with the services and the coaching.
I’ve lost about 20 lbs and continue to build my strength. My goal was always to just lose the weight, but then I started to notice gain in so many other ways. My strength, my mental health and over all health. No crappy gym culture and you never have to figure out what you are doing. Go check them out and see what My Fit Life can do for you!

Great experience at Lake My Fit Life! Began here a few months ago to take the next step in my health journey. This gym is awesome. I work with Brent twice a week, and then he send me workouts to do on my own during the week when I’m not with him. I’ve lost thirty pounds since the beginning of the year and I’m well on my way to reaching my goals. Brent is great. He keeps the workouts fun and interesting which helps keep me motivated. When he’s not here, the other trainers are great about helping out, explaining a certain exercise that might be confusing or providing a spot when needed. I especially love that you get a door code and can come to the gym whenever works best for you, even if the staff isn’t here. It’s great for someone with a busy schedule.
