Our educated and certified trainers provide motivation, support and accountability. We treat clients like family. Each client’s success is our success.
We are family-owned and operated studios specializing in a strength training program that’s easy on the budget and busy clients’ schedules. We provide amazing results with just two, 20-minute workouts per week, by appointment only. Our high-tech equipment produces maximum muscle exertion in the shortest amount of time.

Best decision I ever made was starting a workout program at My Personal Trainer.
I’m 68 and a recovering stroke victim. My strength has greatly improved since I started the program. I can lift my (hefty) four year old grandson again, much to his delight! AND I’ve lost weight and inches.
The best part is it’s only 15 minutes twice a week! I highly recommend this program, the instructors are knowledgeable and fun to be around 😊

I have been with My Personal Trainer for around 2 months and I have definitely seen results!! Eric & Logan provide a welcoming atmosphere and give me the push I need to stay on track. Workouts times are minimal- but definitely not easy— you have to put in your own work if you want the results! I definitely recommend My Personal Trainer if you are ready to invest in yourself . Eric will be there to help you reach that goal!

I was looking for a place to work out that would give me one on one training and hold me accountable for making sure I continued to show up even when I got discouraged with myself or felt like I’d want to give up and I’m happy to say I’ve have found it with “My Personal Trainer”. Eric Schaefer, the owner, and Logan have both been so great to work with. I have Thyroid Disease, I’m a Type 1 diabetic and my family has gone through quite a difficult time these past two years that has caused me to add a lot of excess weight on from mostly stress eating yet I’m happy to say that as of today even with all of that I’ve lost a total of 16 lbs in a little over 2 months. I never thought working out twice a week for less than 30 minutes each day could actually get me back into shape but it’s working! Eric is such a great motivator and not only do they keep encouraging you throughout the workouts but they got me on the right track for watching what I eat and on the right amount of calories each day. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a helping hand to get back in shape and feel good about yourself again. Thank you Eric and staff!
