We are family-owned and operated studios specializing in a strength training program that’s easy on the budget and busy clients’ schedules. We provide amazing results with just two, 20-minute workouts per week, by appointment only. Our high-tech equipment produces maximum muscle exertion in the shortest amount of time.

Love this place and all of the trainers! My Personal Trainer has taught me a lot about strength training—form, endurance, etc. I appreciate having a non-intimidating place with a fun atmosphere where I can workout and get stronger.

I started at MyPersonal Trainer in Broadview Heights in January of 2021 and after a couple weeks I committed to an additional 15 months. I’ve been very happy and have found the staff knowledgeable. They get the most out of each machine and coach well towards proper form. I look forward to going and would recommend this gym.

I recently joined My Personal Trainer (MPT) about 3 weeks ago after reading an article in Mimi Magazine. Getting older, it's become evident that I need to lose weight and get in shape. After hesitating to contact MPT, I finally scheduled my first visit. It didn't take long to realize that this place was exactly what I needed! Not only are the trainers fantastic, they are there to show you how to use the equipment and also go over your food intake to maximum your weight loss. My favorite part is working one on one with a trainer and having them cheer you on while counting & charting your progress! Even when it hurts and I have to push myself, the encouragement I receive and the fact that it is ONLY 20 minutes gets me through. In 3 weeks, I am down 6 pounds and feel so much better about myself because I know I have support on my journey. Thank you Eric and team for helping me achieve my goals! For the first time in a long time I actually BELIEVE I can achieve my end goal!

I have been there for two years and have lost almost 30lbs! I finally hit my goal this month which is close to my two year anniversary. Trainers are good and motivate you with concentration on form and change up in workouts. You need to be dedicated to the program with exercise and diet. Diet is especially important when losing that last 10-15 lbs! Join today and start feeling your way to awesome. I did and glad I made it happened!

I was only at this gym for about 4 months but during the 4 months I was there, I got great workouts. The trainers concentrate mostly on your form. You do slow reps to perfect your form. Overall it's a good gym if your looking for one on one workout sessions.
