Everyone is so nice and helpful, it is a perfect program, you get in and out in 15 to 20 minutes twice a week. You can feel and see the results. They can accommodate my schedule. Most importantly the I dividual attention is greatly appreciated. If you have always wanted a personal trainer and dindt know where to look, this is a great place.

My Personal Trainer! What a great place to achieve one's strenght and weight goals! Great atmosphere and more than friendly staff. Eric and Logan do a FABULOUS job in keeping you on track! Don't hesitate to give them a try with what you need to achieve! ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ It more than works! At 67, Im the strongest I've ever been! Not to metion, with two shoulder and an ankle replacement. π€

This is a really nice gym each section is marked off so you keep away due to covid-19 that machines are extremely clean as well as the entire place the employees and trainers are very nice and helpful basically go out of your way to assist you

Super professional staff and awesome studio. I have really learned so much about how to keep my weight off as well as building muscle. I got tired of the yo-yo dieting and feeling like I lost my weight but was still not happy with how I would lose all of my muscle with it. I needed a trainer that would really listen to my concerns. The best part is the short 20 min workouts and twice a week! I highly recommend
