We are family-owned and operated studios specializing in a strength training program that’s easy on the budget and busy clients’ schedules. We provide amazing results with just two, 20-minute workouts per week, by appointment only. Our high-tech equipment produces maximum muscle exertion in the shortest amount of time.

I’ve been going to MPT Westlake for almost a year. It has made a big difference in my strength. I’ve had knee problems (osteoarthritis), and I’ve had almost no issues since I started. 15-20 minutes 2x a week fits into my busy schedule perfectly. This April, I stopped in at My Personal Trainer in Westlake. I had a goal to lose 15 Lbs by mid Summer. I was an athlete, swimmer, and never had a weight issue. Fast forward 30 years,
I am 52, have a child, and over the past 8 years I was gaining a pound here and a pound there. Now I am 20Lbs overweight. I met with Eric Shaeffer and he was so kind, non judgemental,
and very professional. I followed the program as directed,and slowly the weight started to disappear. I lost the weight slowly, yet consistently. It was the perfect workout for my lifestyle.
The workouts were manageable but difficult at times, but it is now October and i have lost and maintained my desired weight. Eric, Sarah, and Mike were the cheer leaders I needed.
The other important factor is I changed my eating habits, was given great instruction on healthy eating, and it inspired me to do other forms of exercise. Now I am back in the pool beating my 8 year old in sprints!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at My Personal Trainer, Westlake. From the moment we walked through the door, it was evident that we would be given personal attention and assistance to achieve our goals.After we began going twice a week, a personal exercise plan using the state of the art machines was developed for each of us. we both immediately began to lose weight, and our bodies were much more toned than before! It was so encouraging to see immediate results. We both highly recommend the program to anyone who wants to lose weight and tone his/her body in a safe, personal and encouraging environment.
