Absolutely 5 stars, without a doubt! Working with My Training Partners LLC and Ryan, the head coach and trainer, has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. I’ve had the privilege of working with a number of trainers over the years, but none even come close to the level of expertise, professionalism, and genuine care that I’ve found with Ryan and My Training Partners.

From the very first interaction, it was clear this wasn’t going to be your average training experience. Ryan’s level of knowledge and attention to detail is truly unmatched. Every session is meticulously tailored to meet my specific goals, and it’s evident that the training is designed not only for my current needs but also for my long-term success. It’s this foresight and dedication to my progress that sets Ryan apart from any trainer I’ve worked with before.

What truly stands out is Ryan’s commitment to accountability. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I stay on track and motivated. It’s not just about showing up to a session – Ryan makes sure I’m doing the right things outside of our time together to stay on target. There’s a level of personal investment here that you simply don’t find elsewhere. Whether it’s checking in between sessions or offering advice on my nutrition or recovery, it’s clear that he cares deeply about my success.

Beyond the technical knowledge and expertise, the personal connection I’ve built with Ryan has been invaluable. He is incredibly approachable, friendly, and genuinely encouraging, always ready to offer motivation, no matter how tough things get. His positive attitude, combined with his extensive experience, creates a truly motivating environment where you feel empowered to push past limits you didn’t even know you had.

What’s also worth mentioning is the tailored approach Ryan takes with every aspect of my training. It’s clear that every detail of my fitness journey has been considered, and no stone is left unturned. Whether it’s adjusting exercises for proper form, refining my technique, or suggesting recovery strategies, every part of my training program feels intentional, thoughtful, and based on real expertise.

I’ve truly seen the difference with My Training Partners LLC under Ryan’s leadership. I’m stronger, more focused, and more confident than I’ve ever been. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your goals, has unmatched experience, and provides a level of support that goes far beyond just the workout, look no further. Ryan is the trainer who will get you results and keep you motivated every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend My Training Partners LLC more highly!

Total life changer. MTP has taught me the importance of doing all the mindset work so I can continue to meet my health goals. So grateful for all the tools I’ve gotten from the coaches and MVPs like the live weekly workouts, weekly nutrition classes, weekly motivational Facebook live and weekly coaching calls. If you have a chance to work with this family you’ll not regret it. Then even have retreats where you get to focus on taking care of yourself while soaking up lots of helpful information.

It is hard to put into words what MTP is doing for me, but to choose one, it’s JOY. In just under seven weeks of being a part of the MTP family, I feel like I have my joy back. For years I have tried short-term diets, exercise, and will-power to fix my steady weight gain, but what has happened gradually over my lifetime was not possible to change on my own. I felt defeated, disappointed, and depressed. After a deeper decline during the pandemic, I felt hopeless. My energy level was at an all-time low. Then, while browsing Facebook about seven weeks ago, I noticed a friend with a before and after picture. She had obviously lost a lot of weight, but what drew me in was her after picture “glow.” I could see joy in her face. She raved about her MTP experience, so I joined within a day of seeing that post. I was ready for a change, ready to prioritize myself. What I now understand is the importance of a mindset shift including balanced nutrition and intentional exercise, with the guidance of expertly skilled and passionate trainers as well as a support group of peers who get it. Physically, my carb hangovers are gone, my back feels better, I’m stronger, and I can feel my core! Mentally, I don’t loathe myself anymore, and I know that I am strong and can do this. MTP has changed my trajectory. Yesterday is gone, but today I am making good decisions for my future self.
Update: about a year after writing the original review, I have lost 40 pounds and I am physically and mentally strong. I feel like a new person. Natalie, Ryan, and the MTP family continue to be a beautiful source of support.

MTP and the trainers have literally saved my life. I have to be honest here and say that at first I was like why am I not losing the pounds. But, then I realized I was doing the workouts and not counting macros better. Then counting macros and not doing the excersises properly. I have been needing hip and knee surgery but have to lose the weight first. Now, that I am doing things the right way have lost a total so far of 32 pounds. Not only do they care of me losing this weight to have surgeries but, they care about our mental health also. There have been days I can say I felt like this life is too much and could not take the pain. Natalie, Ryan and trainers have talked me off the ledge. If you don't lose the weight then you are doing something wrong and you need to look at yourself. They all care . Would not wanna me anywhere else.
Try it you won't be disappointed. If you are look at yourself and say, what do I need to change.

I can't say enough great things about MTP. I joined because everything I had tried failed. I was gaining weight, feeling like I had no energy and starving myself because that is what I THOUGHT I needed to do. I came across the info for MTP and I figured what do I have to lose at this point?! I was placed with an awesome trainer, Meaka, who was and is the best person for me. She helped me take the baby steps at first and has gotten me to go farther than I ever thought I could! This team really listens to you, they truly want you to succeed. I love the workouts (huge shout out to Ryan for the 24 workouts!) and I basically enjoy all of my favorite foods! I can't wait to see how far I go! Thanks Ryan, Natalie, Meaka and McKayla for all of the hard work you do

I have been part of MTP for almost 2 years now and I have to honestly say this program WORKS!! If you show up for yourself, you do your part then you are going to find great success. I for one, have seen progress in not only my physical health with losing a ton of inches, BUT my mental health is in check. The coaches are all terrific and I don’t think I would be at where I am at now if it weren’t for the program.

Feel like no diets work for you? Sluggish? Bad skin? Can’t sleep? Gaining weight because of PCOS or not being able to lose anything no matter what?

I was there too. MTP changed my life.

In 2012 I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had no clue what I was dealing with. I was constantly gaining weight even though I was literally starving myself. (500-600 calories a day) My cycles got out of control as my weight creeped up. In 2019 I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and had to have emergency surgery in 2021 because of complications with it. In December of 2021 is when Ryan reached out. I was at the lowest point I had been but at my heaviest weight of 268 lbs. I wasn’t sleeping. Was eating only one meal a day. I had no energy to exercise. My body hurt so bad. And I was chronically depressed and on multiple medications.

MTP changed my life.

I started working with Natalie in Jan 2022. Her first agenda with me…. EAT!!! For God Sake EAT!!! But eat the right foods! Protein, protein, protein. All my little 500 calorie meals were carbs. So I was storing it. Second agenda… my mental health. Natalie had me listen to 5 minute daily affirmations. Doesn’t sound like much. But it was a game changer. MTP has taught me that if my mental health is not okay then I’m not going to achieve my goals physically. There are 3 pillars to truly getting healthy. Until you get all 3 standing, you won’t succeed.

MTP changed my life.

It’s been 2 years now since working with them. I’ve had my ups and downs in the program because I was struggling to unlearn and undo so many years of abuse and not understanding my body. (I still am learning.) After 2 years, I’m off my medications (that I thought I would be on forever). My cycles are normal!! (Never had that at all before MTP). Im not scared of food. I know that eating fuels my body so with proper balance I can keep making progress. I sleep through the night. My skin is better. My knowledge of my body is better and I’ve gotten my life back. I ran a Spartan. I’ve hiked soo so many miles through tough trails in multiple national parks. Endurance has grown. Energy has grown. And my view of myself is not so negative anymore. I’m still working to overcome some obstacles but the cool thing is everything in the program is tailored to me FOR me! So as we dug into the walls I had built, I realized there was so much more to making the program fit in my life than just following a check list. It’s not a diet. MTP retrains that thought process. It’s focusing on becoming healthy from the inside out. Their program works. But it takes commitment. Are you up for seeing your life changed? They hold you accountable. If you don’t do well with being honest and having someone call you when you disappear then this isn’t for you. They don’t let you “ghost” and ride in your shame and guilt. I needed that. I needed the hard truths. They care so much that they didn’t give up on me when I gave up on me.

MTP changed my life. Are you ready for them to help change yours?

(Pic of me in green is before MTP. Pic of me in mask is how sick I was before my surgery before MTP. All other photos are after joining MTP)

Weight loss journeys are hard. I’ve been on the up and down roller coaster my entire adult life. This round I found myself at the heaviest I’ve ever been. I started trying to get healthier on my own and while I managed to lose a few pounds I ultimately found myself struggling. I heard about MTP through a friend and I applied for a scholarship. Upon receiving a partial scholarship for the program, I knew I had to do the work, and the coaches make it so easy. Daily workouts planned for you, calorie and macro goals, regular check-ins with coaches, and weekly group checkins to help with nutrition questions and struggles. This team doesn’t just want to help get you healthier, they will do everything they can to help you succeed in meeting your health and fitness goals.

If you are someone at the beginning of your fitness journey then this program can be helpful for you.

I do crossfit 3-4x a week and have overall healthy habits in place. I drink my water and eat fairly well. I was hoping to refine my nutrition within my life to lose some weight where i seem to have plateaud.

This program got great reviews. So I signed up and it was a terrible decision for myself. I was told to take pictures and log what I eat. After being given a very generic meal plan pdf. They said they wanted to monitor and then help me refine. Well that was in nov/dec and here we are in march and I have only talked to a coach 2x and was never given any guidance on changing my meal plans /nutrition. I have had no physical changes and have only been MORE stressed out because I don't feel that I am getting any real support.

I have been very disappointed with the process.

From my first consultation with Ryan, I felt comfortable with MTP. Something told me this would be the program to set my head straight and get my body moving in the right direction. I'm no stranger to weight loss (and gain). I once lost close to 120 pounds on my own, but I didn't do it right. I did nothing but cardio, restricted a lot of foods, and while I lost weight quickly, I set myself up to gain it all back when I didn't have the time to over exercise. I've reached the six-month mark with my trainer, Meka, and I've learned why slow and steady wins the race. Her kindness and support are a gift, and she's often one step ahead of me. There's no perfect program, but MTP is comprehensive in a way that I feel great about. All of the trainers are only a message away. There's a very active forum with a lovely group of women who are open to chat, support, and share their experiences. The program isn't only transformative for the body, but also, for the mind. I was convinced I hated weightlifting and couldn't do it. Ha! We can do hard things, and I am here for it. Bigtime gratitude for MTP.

This program helped me get started with the fitness lifestyle which I am very great full for and have continued to utilize. Working out and how to eat well so my body feels better. However, I don't feel my PCOS was ever truly considered, more so ignored until I had to beg for them to listen. They say it is specialized but they really just put random work outs for you on there and alot of times they would forget the right days to put it on and forgot the things i didnt want on there like stuff with jumping. When I brought that up they would just tell me to change it myself and that would piss me off because I was paying a good chunk of money and did not expect to have to do that. The work outs are fairly good/OK but not catered to you like they claim. And it's nothing you can't find similar on you tube. I gained confidence and a stronger physique with this program but did not actually lose any weight doing everything they told me. It was disappointing and frustrating. The one thing I was really looking forward to was the specialized meal plans they claimed to provide but it was not like they said at all and I had to cause a fuss to get a meal plan because I was so upset I wasn't losing weight. Overall I think this is a great program to get started on your fitness journey but NOT worth the money at all. I did it for a year or year and a half and it was about $300 a month and I got very minimal results. The trainers are very nice and supportive but a little more manipulative then you might realize and not inspiring. The one person who actually inspired me was Chase my first trainer but then after a month trial and then I signed up they changed my trainer and I was honestly really taken off guard by that and upset. I would rate the program 5/10. I wish I could get some of my money back because it was not worth how much I spent. They always had an excuse to why I wasn't losing but the truth is they weren't addressing my pcos and they're program wasn't working for me. I feel like the mysterious woman who signed me up lied about alot of how the program would work. My eventual coach Kara was very nice and supportive and informative but I hate to say was not inspiring. I see no other reviews on here so this may get deleted but I tried. Thank you to MTP for showing me the ropes but your program did not work for me like it had for others and I really did give it my best. Alot of money wasted and wish I could get a refund.
