Chris is one of those trainers that will not let you give up. His unorthodox and quirky approach keeps workouts fun and I love being able to get my workout plans while on vacation - the least time that I’m motivated. Most importantly, he’s wellness oriented, between my busy schedule and home life, I've seen progress! With other trainers I would cast off a missed worked out, but through consistent contact Chris has helped me establish incremental goals that have been beneficial to my health and for that, I am grateful.

Absolutely fantastic. Chris is extremely knowledgeable. I have a shoulder injury and he taught me how to strengthen those muscles. I'm pretty much pain free now. I'm actually able to get a good night's sleep without being in pain. If you do what he tells you to do, you will have good results. I highly recommend!

I have some skeletal malformations that have caused inconvenience and pain my whole life. I started going to see Chris when the pain was almost constant and made it very difficult to function at all. He worked with me to figure out how the issues with my bones translated to my muscles and nerves, and he came up with plan to build up my weaknesses to combat the issues causing my pain. Now the pain is gone. He is seriously knowledgeable about how the body works and how to fix or at least mitigate stress/trauma the body goes through so we can live our best life.

One year ago I was searching for a new personal trainer. I was having severe issues with Achilles tendononosis and lower back pain that got in the way of doing daily chores and things that I enjoyed like walking my dog. I came across Christopher Yeoman and MyoBio Personal Training online. I reached out via e-mail and was pleased to receive a very timely response. We were able to set up a time to meet in the same week. I was very impressed by what he had to share about his experience and approach to working with clients. I appreciated the time he spent talking with me about my past experiences, my concerns, what I was looking for in a new trainer, and my goals. When I said that weight loss was not a goal but rather building strength and endurance, there was no judgment from him. The next step was the 2-hour assessment where he observed me walking at various speeds, assessed my posture and took measurements of various muscle groups to help determine which may be over or under used. After 1 year of working with Christopher at MyoBio Personal Training, I am pleased that I am able to mow my front and back yard without back pain and having to take breaks. I am also ecstatic to be able to walk my dog for 3 miles without taking rest breaks due to back pain. My Achilles have not bothered me and I am gaining upper and lower body strength. Christopher is incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate his commitment to continued learning and the fact that he does not push the latest fads whether exercise or nutrition related. as a matter of fact he tends to debunk fads. He does his research and continues to grow and develop in the profession. Although he has a no nonsense approach he is also very caring and committed to his clients. When we increase the intensity of a workout, he always checks in the next day to see how you are feeling. Working with Christopher at MyoBio is a partnership. He can guide us, but we have to put in the work when we are with him and also with exercises that he recommends for home or at the gym. In the last 10 years, I have worked with 3 different personal trainers, and I can confidently say that he is the very best. Working with Christopher at MyoBio Personal Training has proved to be one of the best investments in my well-being that I have made. I am very pleased to highly recommend Christopher and MyoBio.

I found Chris about a year ago after a frustrating round of unsuccessful physical therapy for chronic hip pain. In my first weeks I couldn't get up from the floor without assistance. Chris identified the muscle weaknesses and imbalances and we got to work. Some days the workout consisted of endless micro movements and I wondered if they could really make a difference BUT I can now walk distances without pain and easily hop up off the floor! Chris has also been fantastic through this crazy pandemic from providing workouts at home to new work (with masks and cleaning between clients!) on neck/shoulder/back pain since I'm working in less than ideal desk set up at home!
