Michelle hosted my daughter's birthday party yesterday and I could not be more impressed. She was super kind with the kids, helped them with teaching them how to do a jump properly, and just an overall kind host. We enjoyed the gymnastics gym. It's clean, it's got plenty to do, and the 1.5 hours went pretty quick, and I'm glad I got the additional 30 minutes. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend having a party here.

We love that New Heights is close to our home. Mr. Sherman is so great for teaching our kids (8&10) karate. Michelle is very kind and easy to communicate with. This is also our easy go-to for birthday party fun to get the kids energy out with their friends and having the whole place to ourselves.

2 of our daughter's birthday parties have been hosted here & we absolutely love it! The gym is clean and fun for everyone. They provide tables & chairs. Tablecloths if needed and even extra plates if you run short😅 We are always treated well and have so much! Definitely recommend for winter birthdays!

My son started ninja class since summer vacation start. We had fews hiccups there from time to time. We don't use credit card, especially online. We like to come in and pay when our son in session. But no one know how to sign in the computer, don't take check, can't print out the receipt when we pay cash. Over charge us since we have a membership and still try to charge us with nonmembership rate. Lied to manager that we don't have correct change instead of telling him they can't print out the receipt.
The month of September they charge us full price even they don't have class on Labor Monday. I asked about prorate, they said they don't. Then my son missed the class next Monday, he didn't have a chance to make up because they cancelled the class permanently. So we lost half of his tuition just like that! Now i want to sign him up again but the business is open, the classes is going but the front desk closed. I email and asked is there any time the front desk open and or someone will be there and guess what....they have no answer for that! Should i keep try to register or should i just walk away from that tuition that they credited in his account and call it quit. so i don't have to deal with the problems anymore? They won't go far with the money that they didn't really earn! I do believe that God will balance the book for me😘

My son just started attending the Ninja class.
We’ve taken class at this facility over the years. Reoccurring issue are the changes in teachers.

His enrolled in a trial class and was taught by a substitute. I called several times throughout the week to inquire about some questions I had before registering him.

My nephew was in town and wanted to do a trial class and I didn’t know his enrollment was pending. I wasnr advised or explained the policy or protocol. When I arrived the woman at the front desk was very argumentative and rude because his application was pending.

I didn’t have the opportunity to explain the situation and she began to threaten to pull him out of class.

Thankfully, the instructor Matt came out to manage the enrollment and allowed him to take the trial class.

Not sure if I would recommend, definitely would it out before you commit.

E-mailed to get details on enrolling my daughter into gymnastics. I began to register online, it stated class was full, I called into register my daughter and they were very professional on the phone and helped me out so much.
