I love this gym and the staff. If you're looking for a place to actually workout, this is where you need to be. Plenty of equipment and free weight. People are friendly and have that family feel. I've been to a lot of gym and this is by far my favorite.

Nice clean place to workout. This is not a big gym with extra amenities like swimming pool and stuff but if you mean business they got everything you need. I am also a member of a big gym chain that has it all but I frequent this one because it is clean and smells way better.

Nice hidden spot, is located in the corner of the strip mall by speedway on 256
Equipment is well maintained and clean, you have more than enough options to work each muscle group. This gym goes beyond value. You do get a lot more for your $$$ than any other gym in the neighborhood.
They do not have a basketball court or a swimming pool but also your monthly fee is not close to 100 for something you use maybe once every other month.

This is the best value gym I've found. Not quite as nice as lifetime but 1/3 the price and has all the equipment you will ever need. They offer lots of classes too. They could use some extra free weights (need more 5 and 10 lb plates as not everyone wants to jump up 50 lbs at a time. Overall a great gym if your looking.

Employees and members are friendly. Never any issues with people at the gym. BUT the place is dirty and suffocatingly HOT at all times. The showers are terrible with no provided towels or other resources. The showers are operated on a clean-as-needed basis and members are expected to notify front desk staff if they use the showers........they don't. I once accidentally left my bottle of body wash in the shower at 8am on a Friday and when I returned Monday morning it was still there! 😳 They definitely need to step-up cleaning practices in general and turn down the thermostat and buy some fans! 🥵

The absolute worst gym experience of my life. Do NOT go here. The staff is completely unhelpful, the website has blatantly wrong information about schedules, etc., and the facility is pretty run down. I called ahead of time to ask about a class that was supposed to take place later that afternoon, which the staff confirmed. Upon arrival, there was no class, the staff's response was a shrug and "I don't know," and I found out from an instructor that the only place they made updates was on Facebook (rather than the website). Who does that?!? Really mismanaged place. Wish I could give them zero stars. They ruined my whole day.

My husband and I joined the gym about a month ago, and we have been enjoying the facilities. I agree with other reviews that the gym is well maintained and clean. The employees are all nice and kind too, except for the person we met today afternoon before closing time.

Since we signed up for a couple membership, we were told by one of the employees that it is okay for only one of us to check in. This was fine with other employees who worked in the evening throughout the weekdays. However, the person who was working at the counter today afternoon very curtly (in fact, we felt it was quite rude) told my husband to just “check your membership,” saying that he is not aware of what we were told, without even saying basic courtesy word like “please.” The way he spoke to my husband was combative as if we were trying to get in without a membership. It was an embarrassing and unpleasant experience.

Instead of confusing and upsetting customers, he could have (actually should have) said more nicely to check in both of our memberships. Also, it seems that coherent rules are needed not to confuse customers, whoever is taking the front desk.

Being a prior gym manager at another gym (had to step down due to personal/health difficulties), and as someone who lost over 120 lbs in the last two years, and still plus sized, this gym makes me feel more welcomed and more motivated than any gym I’ve ever been to. I feel like every size/shape is welcomed, and all belong, all there for the same reason.
By far the best gym I’ve ever been to! Friendly staff/owners, nice equipment, and everyone is kind/helpful to everyone else. Highly recommend to everyone!

My husband and I just started coming to this gym in the fall of 2021. So far so good. Nice, good quality machines and options of free weights. The only downfall I’ve noticed is when it’s super busy after people are off work, I see less cleaning and people not wiping down their used equipment… ew, so beware. As well, not the best customer service at the front when it’s high schoolers playing on their phones. Other than that, I would recommend this gym to others!

LOVE this place! Ive been working out here since it opened (summer 2020). This gym has a TON of equipment (all brand new), friendly front desk staff, plenty of space, and is never too crowded. The Hoist equipment here is my favorite because it really helps you target/isolate the muscles you want to work. Membership includes free classes and for an additional cost you can get a personal trainer. They also have child care.
