This place is a scam with poor management; employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. The equipment quality is poor, with half of them not working properly. I paid for a 3-month membership in full and yet receive constant emails and text messages claiming I owe them money. This place is fraudulent and is only there to take your money. Please refrain from going there.

This is THE WORST gym I've ever joined. I regret cancelling my membership at Plant Fitness. It's a very uncomfortable feel, I never see anyone cleaning the place, the daycare is NEVER OPEN, and they NEVER answer the phone. I can remember asking during the summer if they have 24 hour times. I was told they were going to 24 hours and IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! The hours suck, so if you work it's merely impossible to head to the gym because they close so early. They don't cater to their customers. I'm cancelling my membership tomorrow night when I get off and heading back to Planet Fitness. RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

My bank card expired, was waiting on a new one to arrive. I was trying to explain it to the short stocky guy but for some reason he was acting like I was lying about it. Always so dirty, unkempt, staff is not welcoming and they pester you while you're working out. Have one speaker in the center of the gym because their facility speaker doesn't work and they play only one kind of music. Sauna smells like it's never been cleaned. Water filter light is never on green, it shows a red light meaning it needs to be changed. People running around everywhere in the gym instead of using a treadmill. Equipment needs maintenance. There's a fire alarm high pitch indicator noise now (8/14/22). Inconsistent with their fees. Charges 2 yearly maintenance fees ( ummm....for what?! )....I can continue on but the rare times I do go is only because it's closer to my house than planet fitness is. I don't recommend a membership here, I've talked to them several times about these issues but it doesn't matter. They'll probably have to close down soon.

It's bad enough this place barely sees any cleaning, let alone the number of machines that don't work. But I still gave them a pass just for the sake of convenience. But showing up at 5:10am and the lights are off when the gym opens at 5am is ridiculous. How are u late opening your own gym? They gotta get better.

Left this gym in July 2022 here it is January 7th 2023 and The owner Steve is STILL charging my card. After speakig with him many times every month he says payment is stopped and I am cancelled. It has been a lie every time. Wasn't enough that the gym was always dirty never had papetowels in the bathroom, sauna was rarely hot. I wasn't going to complain about that online but now that Im being forced to change my card because they can't correctly run business I may as well tell you all save your money. Beware when you sign up it's "Month to Month" but if you don't stay long enough they change you a cancellation fee and don't tell you. If I would have stayed 1 more month I would have saved $50. Guy said "I should have been told" but refused to offer assistance. Had to dispute with my bank.

I was at the sharonvillie location and they suddenly closed no warning I received emails saying they will cancel everyone’s membership! I was a member of the location in Sharonville. They unexpectedly closed. No warning to anyone was given. Showed up one day and the windows were covered with a hand written sign. I thought this was a bit shady but realize it is a business and the owners have to do what they think is best. They said all memberships would be cancelled. There was no one to talk to or call to confirm this because it was closed.

When I checked my credit card statement this month I was very surprised to see I was still being billed for this gym that is closed. Very shady business practices. This is theft. I understand why they didn't want to tell anyone because they wanted another month or two of billing people for a service they don't provide.

Was at Fitworks /360 fit Norwood for 22 yrs now that it closed I came here and love it more then I ever did Fitworks... update this place is not professional when it comes canceling your membership... was told I had to pay February right after I paid January's fees . Ok fine I went to pay the 22.99 I was told I had to pay when I got there they said I had to pay the 22.99 plus a 34.99 February maintenance fee ... when I signed my contract there was NO fees . They added them later and didn't ask you to sign a new contract...

I absolutely love this gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will provide assistance to gym members whenever they see them doing a workout wrong or anyone asks for help. The price is not bad at all for the large amount of equipment to use. I do the personal training and it is always something new. They are supportive and keep you motivated. FAMILY FRIENDLY which to me is the best part. They have a daycare or you can get a family membership and have your kids workout with you! I have also seen someone be corrected when they spoke improperly to someone else. It is all about health and making you feel comfortable to become your best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Couple of things...The equipment is wonderful except for the stair masters that work when they want to. Overall, a decent gym for your buck.

Now, as a woman-A few of the trainers definitely give off a vibe. They seem like awesome fitness trainers but 2 of them in particular come off a little... off. Passive aggressive for a vague description.

The women’s rest room is usually not gross but not tidy either. Doesn’t take much to clean that restroom yet, seems like it’s done maybe once a day? Paper towels not in the holder, toilets gross, no soap in the dispenser Yikes.

Last thing-the sauna is a hit or miss. One day its on and hot, next day it’s room temp. It’s annoying.

Whew. As a result, I’ve canceled my membership but as Next Level is a new and upcoming gym, I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks-they’re good ppl!

I gave it a 5 Star because I've been a long time member at Fitworks so anybody is a 5 star compare to Fitworks. But, I'm never leaving Fitworks. Just need a change of scenery. Next Level is new, clean, state of the art equipment, very nice staff, the atmosphere is peaceful. Membership is affordable, they matched my cost that I pay at Fitworks which was the deal sealer for me. Only thing I'm not pleased with is that tiny sauna. That's something they definitely should've went BIG on. No one wants to be that damn close to the same sex unless you gay. It works out though cuz no one is ever in the sauna when I go in there. 👍💪😎
