Fun things for young children to do, but if you're a parent or grandparent, make sure you take cash cause all their vending machines are dollars only. Also, make sure you have grip socks or you'll have to buy theirs.

Fun place! My kids are 10 and 12 and enjoyed the trampoline dodgeball the most! Plenty of options for the kids to play on. It has a small arcade and cash only vending machines. My kids enjoyed the arcade and prizes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cool place. My daughter had a great time. I’d recommend for kids 6 and up. Lots of games and a great variety of ninja style obstacles. Climbing wall also. Posted a pic with pricing.

Much preferred to a standard Urban Air type trampoline park due to variety, cleanliness and staff. Staff here clearly care and are amazing.

Set up so you don’t have to watch your kid every minute.

It is an area more for children from 10 to 12 years old and older. It is not safe for younger children, although it has an area for children, there is no supervision when older children enter the area and hit younger children.

It's a cool concept it's just not executed well. The kids loved it. They were running, screaming with joy, and jumping everywhere.

One flaw with the setup is it's very easy to lose track of your little one, especially when there is a large party. The front door is easily accessible and curious little tike could just wander right out the front door without any resistance or someone noticing.

For the adults it was a different story.

There are no food vendors on site. Some of our guests didn't eat before arriving and didn't want to wait another hour for the pre-ordered pizza so they left to get something to eat elsewhere and then came back.

Your kids will love it but make sure you've eaten before you go.

I have mixed feelings with this place. 3 stars is generous. It has potential to be a lot of fun but they have no age restrictions. It's chaotic and unsafe to have babies running/ jumping around with excited older children. Some parents have bad judgement. No, your toddler should not be on a ninja course with tweens!! For their own safety!!! And yes it's annoying if you can't do the entire course because someone's unsupervised baby is chilling on the course. They need to enforce a child's area. They need more people working the floor. I saw 1 guy and he was running around trying to keep up with the choas. The kids were out of control and running wild. Would not recommend. I did go on the weekend and I assure you that will never happen again. Maybe a week day would be more enjoyable.

Was told about the groupon for this place at 30ish dollars a kid for a month and we had to try it with our 6 and 7 year old. Looks really cool walking in but as we started to check it out more, there was less and less stuff the kids could do. They had a spinny thing kids can play in however it was broken. The basketball hoops looked fun but one of the 2 was broken. Alot of the obstacles were set up for adults and way too tall for kids. My kids did really enjoy the trampoline area and the dodgeball area. The climbing area was pretty cool as well. Overall it was an alright time that burned some of my kids energy and for 30$ for the month not too bad. Compared to big air, my kids have way more options and more fun though. It was nice to try something new though.
Thanks guys!

My kids love Ninja Citi! We’ve only been a handful of times, but it is always crowd-free and it almost feels like the kids have the entire complex to themselves. The check-in staff are extremely kind and I always appreciate how friendly they are. The prices are very reasonable and the facility is incredibly clean. We’ve been to several other trampoline parks in the Columbus area and none are quite as ideal as Ninja Citi

We got our tickets on Groupon for $13 which was an amazing deal, I was super excited to go, however, when we actually starting playing and going through the courses, I realized it didn't seem modified at all for regular people.
I would consider myself fit, I weightlift 3-4x a week and am in my 20s, but the first big structure next to the trampolines, I couldn't get past a single course.
I'm not the tallest (5'3), but considering a lot of kids and regular people go here, I thought I'd be able to enjoy more than I did.
It was big and there's a lot to do but I don't think I'll be back again.

Went there last Saturday and the building was absolutely freezing even with your coat on. I guess I should have looked into this one better before taking my seven year old. Most of the obstacles are for adults, nost being unused at all since it was mostly full of.kids between 5 and 10 years old that couldnt reach. The only child sized obstacles had kids going every which way with no one direcing them where to g so it's impossible if your child wants to complete the course. They do have this really neat concrete parcor setup....with absolutely no padding underneath. Unfortunately mine seemed to like this area the best while I tried not to panic while she jumped around on 5 ft concrete structures without a soft spot to land. Trampoline area was a hit. She wanted dip n dots from the machine...but it was out of order. Tried to play air hockey and and no luck dispensed after you swiped your play card. None of the games she played had any tickets dispense from the machine that she had one. I mean it's not horrible....it's partially my fault I didn't look into this place better but next time I think we will stick to the several Trampoline parks in Columbus that have more to offer for her age group....and working heat.

Awesome facility! Excellent service! The gentlemen with glasses working there went above and beyond (wish I caught his name). He traded out our socks free of charge when we asked for the wrong size. He then let our kids still use our points at the end for a prize, even though it was 5 minutes past close. Really appreciative of this since we don't live in the area! Would definitely visit again! I haven't been here personally, but my kids have. And they had a blast and talked about it non-stop at dinner the night they went. But the real reason for my review- we bought tickets online the night before and sent them to our sitter. When she got there, there was some sort of mix-up and she ended up having to purchase two new tickets for the kids. I called back the following day and they refunded the unused tickets we purchased online. A place where my kids have fun and has great customer service, yes please! Definitely a place we will be back to.

I attended a kids party at Ninja Citi on 5/4, and I have to say, it was a disappointment from start to finish. Where do I even begin?

First off, the younger male operator of the wipeout machine seemed to have it out for the kids, spinning it at an absurd speed even when smaller kids were on it. And when most kids wisely decided to lay down to avoid getting smacked, the operator just kept it going, ignoring the cries of one poor child who actually got hurt. I get that it’s a wipeout machine, but read the ones participating and adjust. The female associate running it earlier did a great job for the kids who were on it. Seems like the folks working could use some safety training.

The lighting in one area was flickering, and from what I gathered, it's been like that for a while. I also had the pleasure of spotting a small roach in one of the party rooms. Gross.

And finally, the bathrooms. Yikes. No soap in the accessible stall in the women’s room. Dirty, aged, and just plain unpleasant.

My kids love this place. It’s really a great place overall. Why am I giving it a 4 vs 5? Well it’s not always well kept, no true snack bar for the kids or adults. The game area is a great idea but but many of the games are often out of order. Cellular
Service is weak in this area and their wifi is terrible. So I’m rating it a 4 because it is a great place for the kids, but they lack in many areas.

Been to a bunch of kids birthday parties here. Most of the equipment is really for older kids at least but they do have a good variety of activities for younger kids too. I marked them down a bit here because a few of the features have been out of order each time we come. Also, each time, the dodgeball has been poorly stocked, some of the lights are really strobing and it's very distracting. Also the place could use some ongoing love to keep the feature well maintained. Pizza and drinks for the kid parties are... Sufficient.

This place is every ANW fan's dream. My only complaint is that there is very little for younger children to do. My 6yo is very into gymnastics and is quite flexible, and when investigating Ninja Citi's website, it claims that while most features are designed for people 48" and taller, all ages are able to try. She is 46", and I expected there to be a range of equipment for all sizes, but the reality is that 90% of it she couldn't even reach to get started. She could still use most features if I lifted her to the starting point, but this got pretty tiring for me pretty fast.

How does this place have 4.6 stars??? I literally have no idea. This is half trampoline park and half ninja course. There are far far far better of both in columbus. That isn’t even my complaint. How is this place safe for anyone? There is very limited padding on all the wood, metal and hard plastic. Be extremely careful because something that looks soft actually isn’t. There is no valid protection on any of the courses. Most of it is like laying a blanket over metal or concrete. Be EXTREMELY careful or risk serious injury on the courses.

Pretty cool place to hang out on a hot summer day. My 10 year old got the most out of it since he could do any of the various courses. My 4 year old just stuck to the trampoline since the rest was really too big for him. There isn't any supervision from the staff in the play areas and there were a lot of older kids getting rough. The person who checked us in was friendly. We'd visit again in a few months if we're up in this area.

I’ve taken my kids here to play a few times over the years and they enjoyed it. There’s a good variety of equipment and challenges. Today we hosted a birthday party at the facility and our party room was filthy. It was embarrassing to have parents walk in and drop their child off in the room. I asked our party host as soon as he showed us the space if it could be cleaned or if we could be moved and there wasn’t much he could do about it (seemed like a good guy that would have helped if he could). The manager and other employee who came to the room were very rude and dismissive β€œthe walls always look like that, what do you want us to do?”. The manager is apparently not paid enough to even pretend he cares. Our party host did his best to sweep up a little but the walls and floors were gross. It wasn’t a problem he could solve he in five minutes. I also emailed and left messages with questions before the party and never recieved a response.

It's sorta terrifying watching your kids in the parkour area. Feels like they are about to get a mouth full of wall at any moment. But a terrific place. All sorts of interesting and challenging obstacles. Way better than just a trampoline park.

Had my son's birthday party here. Many parents said they were very impressed with the facility. The pizza included in the package was delivery and very good. Included plates, cups, napkins for pizza, but if you've got cake make sure you bring extra for that (and your own silverware). Make sure you accurately estimate how many people you're going to have. I didn't think most parents would stay but they did, and we were in a smaller party room because of my bad estimation-- so space was tight but there was plenty of pizza! The only disappointment was they ran out of pink lemonade (many kids' favorite), but they had plenty of fruit punch (and soda) and kept us stocked on drinks the whole time.

The kids all had a great time. Overall a great experience!

Okay, so this place is cool. It was a shiny new toy for a five year old to me. It lost its cool factor long before our two hours were up. That being said, it offers some cool things! The wall climbing is worth the trip. It was my favorite. The majority of this place is for hardcore athletes, though. So if you don't do crossfit twice a day (and tell everyone about it twice as much as that) and you aren't eating protein powder paste for lunch and washing it down with a pre-workout IV, then you may want to pump the brakes on this one and settle for a trampoline park. Just sayin.

Had an encounter with an incredibly rude employee here. Reached out to the management to discuss and they did not care enough to contact me back. Will never take my son here again! Too many other wonderful places in town with kind employees!!

I like this place because it's good for the price when you're using the equipment. It's even fun for the adults. The arcade is a little expensive and has some broken machines though.

Great place to bring the grandkids. They run around top speed for two hours blessing grandpa & myself with absolute calm & quiet for the rest of the day. What a gem. My only complaint, grandpa & I freeze in there. Ever think about putting in an adults only πŸ˜‚ warming room? Promise we AND others would stay longer spending more.

I was pleasantly surprised at how versatile this place is for all ages. Brought 2-5 year olds and they had a blast! Staff was relaxed and only simple rules to follow. The place is huge so plenty of space for everyone! Want to make one of these in Dayton!
