Welcome to NMB FIT LLC! (Located inside Old School Iron Gym). I not only believe in hard work & encouraging each other to better themselves each day, but to have fun and nerd out while doing it. It's my job to help you unleash your inner hidden potential and transform you into the best version of yourself that you can be.
I offer both in person & online personal training along with a community of like-minded nerds.
In person training ranges from general health & wellness to strength & conditioning while focusing on elevating all aspects of your life. Online offers both customized and pre-built training programs to fit your needs.

My guy Nate has never let me down. I've never been interested in working out or getting in shape until I started training with him. Not only have I become much healthier and generally stronger and more fit, but I've been shown that I have alot of potential I would've never known I had otherwise. Regardless of the reasoning, training under him will not steer you wrong, it can only steer you strong.

I've been a client for over 4 years and can't recommend One For All Academy enough. Nate is knowledgeable and always learning and growing to fit his clients' needs and has worked with a wide scope of experience levels, restrictions, and goals, including but not limited to maternity fitness, fitness after injury or surgery, sports conditioning, and general strength training. If you need motivation, accountability, and guidance, One For All Academy is an excellent place to start.

I joined Nathan’s 8-week online training primarily to get myself back in the gym and keep me accountable after not going for months. I loved that the app was super easy to use and allowed me to schedule workouts for certain days if I wanted to. Accountability-wise you can also get reminders from the app about workouts. Nathan was really great about checking in and seeing how things were going, if the workouts were challenging enough or if anything was maybe not working for me. After my first 4 weeks, Nathan was really responsive to my ideas on how to switch some of the workouts up for the next four weeks. Nathan catered the workouts to the equipment available at my gym, and can do the same even if you’re working out from home with little/no equipment! Definitely recommend this online option with Nathan if you’re already comfortable working out alone, but are looking for some direction and accountability!

Nathan is the real deal when it comes to trainers. I have been with him for almost 3yrs and even during the covid pandemic he was always checking in on me to see how I was doing. Very motivated and keeps the workouts fun and exciting, always trying new things.
